Above and Beyond
"What a simply lovely home, well appointed and in a beautiful setting. Sitting on the hill overlooking the first hole and the driving range. We could just walk on down with our clubs and practiced all day long, which we did.
The screened in porch was our place to start and end the day - loved it! We walked every day on the various paths, which can be a workout with the rolling hills. They are well marked.
There were five of us, one of which was 3+. Our only disappointment was the limited pool options for our granddaughter to wear herself out. The pool at the Landing requires an ID, which we didn't have. Nonetheless the pool at Reynolds Plantaion course pool was lenient and it had a diving board and was a short drive or walk from the house, which turned out to be just fine It also wasn't too crowded.
I can't say enough positive things about our experience, Christy's hospitality and generosity. She went above and beyond.
Thank you for a wonderful place to visit"

"Our goal was to enjoy a house in a golf community with access to golf courses and clubhouse privileges . And to escape Chicago's snowy winter. Reynold's Plantation fit the bill perfectly. There are a variety of courses to accommodate social players and highly accomplished. They are all beautiful with views of Lake Oconee. The meals we enjoyed were well prepared and reasonably priced. The house itself was wonderful. Nicely furnished, huge kitchen, nice screened in porch, comfortable bed, I loved the walk-in closet, nice living room with fireplace. The downstairs was perfect for my daughter and her husband, like their own apartment. Fun to have the pool table and game table, never got to a ping pong match. The only downside for me was the lake was down a hill that I could not navigate, but the view was pretty. The weather really was too chilly for lake activities. A very nice property."

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
This was an excellent home for our family weekend celebration. The floor plan, kitchen, wonderful screen porch, downstairs play area and lake views are superb. We did experience a power outage which was due to weather, so would suggest an emergency box be made conveniently available with flashlight, candles, etc Recommend highly."

""Chinsegut" (you have to stay here to discover the meaning of this word!) was a wonderful spot for us to celebrate Thanksgiving. There were 6 adults and 6 children...plenty of space for all of us. The house is well-equipped to prepare meals for a crowd and ample room to spread out for various activities. The setting is beautiful...lovely wooded area with lake at the bottom of the hill. We enjoyed the fireplace in the main room and the the fire stove on the deck by the lake. The location is excellent for exploring the area. We enjoyed day trips to Greensboro and Madison. But most of all was the time we had to reconnect as a family at this beautiful spot. Thanks Amanda for your prompt attention to our questions and to your family for sharing their home."
