  • Beautifully decorated and maintained condo on the water and close to everything!

"We rented this condo for a ladies retreat and were extremely impressed with everything from communications with the owner, handling the reservation and payment to the beautifully appointed and decorated accommodations. The lake is right outside the back door and the location is extremely convenient to dining and activities. All the ladies spoke of how nice and comfortable the condo was, including the amazing beds! We will definitely look to book this condo again for our future lake retreats!"

  • Third Stay Here and Still Awesome!

"Our family recently stayed at this beautiful Cuscowilla condo for the third time in the past three years, this time for two weeks, and it is still as clean and well-appointed as the first time we visited. We love getting away from the rush of south Florida and finding quiet, peaceful places to relax and unwind, and this is the place we always come back to when visiting the Lake Oconee area. In the condo, we really enjoy the Viking appliances, wine cellar, outdoor gas grill, high definition TV's, and the overall relaxing flow of the layout. We felt right at home the first time we stayed here and really do so now after multiple stays. The pond behind the condo is so quiet and peaceful compared to the main lake with lots of loud boat and jet ski traffic in the summer, but you're still only minutes away from all the bustle and activity if things get a little too quiet at times. The closest comparison in terms of quality I've seen to this condo in the Lake Oconee area is the nearby Ritz-Carlton two-bedroom cottages at Reynolds Plantation that cost $2,500 per night in the summer. Save some money and rent this condo instead; you'll be glad you did. The owner is the most responsive and accommodating person from whom we have ever leased a vacation property, and we're looking forward to returning for a few more weeks in the fall or winter."

  • Perfect location, view and place

"My husband, in-laws and son stayed together with me over the holidays at this wonderful home near Lake Oconee. Its situated on the 13th green of the Cuscowilla golf course and has views directly on a pond, with the lake in the distance. This inside is roomy and professionally decorated. The kitchen is extremely well equipped for any type of cooking with all Viking appliances. The outdoor grill and eating area was well used for entertaining, and the many fireplaces offered great warmth during the cold winter break. A walk to the clubhouse for a meal or a drink offered amazing views and only took 10-15 minutes. We enjoyed a lovely New Year's Eve at the Waterside restaurant, and everyone enjoyed the good food. I highly recommend this rental."

  • Absolutely the BEST house on Lake Oconee for a large family..... well worth the price!!!

"We just returned from this beautiful home on Lake Oconee and would give it 10 stars ...if we could! Let me start by saying.... it is a home... not a rental! This was the best stocked kitchen I have ever been in. Lots of silverware, plates and utensils, pans and cookie sheets and most importantly... refridgerator space! The pictures don't show all of the space that is in this awesome house; for example, there is a huge dining table with 12 chairs open to the kitchen as well as a tall bar table with 4 chairs all in the kitchen area. There was also a hidden toy room off of the upstairs TV room that simply had our 5 little ones (under 6 year olds) so in love with that they actually wanted to sleep in there. It was full of toys and so private from the other parts of the home that they played doll house for hours! The pool and spa were used all day ...every day! Lots of lounge chairs to sit around the pool to get sun and plenty of tables with umbrellas to get some shade! There was a large porch with an oversized glass table and large cushioned chairs and stools (which overlooked the lake) that was used every morning for coffee and at night for cards. It was simply fabulous! The owners were extremely helpful and checked on us frequently to make sure that they were no problems. I would highly recommend this property to multi generational families because there was so much space to spread out that no one ever felt crowded or couldn't find a quiet place to read! LOVE... LOVE ...LOVED IT!!"
