"Perfect without question! What a relaxing piece of property. Soothing fireplace, quiet, peaceful, lots of room, spacious Master BR with king size bed. Susan, the owner, goes above and beyond to make your stay the absolute best you'll ever have. We will definitely return! Thank you Susan."

  • Enjoyable Stay

"My family and my sister's family (6 total) stayed for 4 days. It was a very enjoyable stay and the house was as advertised. With the use of the pontoon boat you can't beat the value. The owners were easy to deal with and responded quickly and accurately. Stan the local prop manager was very helpful. Its not fancy but it is clean and well maintained. It was really enjoyable. A great place to stay if you are looking to play on or by the lake."

"Where to start! My family and my brother's family had this wonderful home for the week of Juy 4th. The home is large enough that family members can be together, or if someone needs a little quiet time, that is possible, too. The upstairs covered deck is right outside the dining area, making for a very convenient outdoor place to eat. The two living area were awesome, the kids/teen agers claimed the downstairs. The upper living area was the quieter hang out. The home is close enough to Milledgeville to make runs to the store as needed. We had jet skis with us and the shallow area at the sea wall was perfect for those and for the smaller kids to play in the water while the covered portion of the boathouse was a favorite fishing spot. We spent a lot of time on floats just chilling out! It was cool to have a couple of neighborhood dogs hang around chilling with us, too! They even barked - only if someone pulled into the driveway!"

  • Peace and Quiet

"Home is nestled in the woods until you reach the small neighborhood. Neighbors are near but just far away enough to forget about them. The home lightly decorated isn't too bad for small children. Watch out for deer, they are every where. A great place for nature watching. Be sure to bring everything you need, a store is about 30 min one way. Loved the back yard . My family spent most of our time outside (pictures are accurate). Bare minimum in cleaning kitchen supply. Be sure to bring paper towels/ napkins, dish washing liquid and extra wash cloths. Kitchen cookware were bountiful. Overall it is a place from all the hustle and bustle just what a family needs for vacation."
