  • Relaxing get-away

"We stayed at the lake house over thanksgiving with 3 families. The bedroom layout was perfect for us. All the kids stayed in the upstairs bedroom with 3 beds. Bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The lake house is tastefully decorated and equipped with all the entertainment you could need for the trip (board games, footballs, fishing rods, and kitchen is fully equipped). The yard is very large as well - we played family on family soccer match with plenty of space. We also spent quite some time on the dock watching the beautiful scenery. The owner is amazing - very engaged and ensured our stay was perfect (he even brought in an extra card table so that all 10 of us could fit at one table for dinner). Thank you for a great stay, Brian."

  • Our Favorite Family Vacation Spot

"This lakefront home has become my family’s favorite vacation spot! My family has been coming to this home with our adult children and young grandchildren for several years. The property is always exceptionally well-equipped and clean. When my family plans our vacation there is unanimous support for returning to this property. I have always found the owner to be helpful in answering questions. The house is arranged such that there is privacy for everyone. There is a large room with multiple beds on the top floor that has a large bathroom and play area equipped with toys. Then there are 4 bedrooms on the main level with 4 bathrooms, one of which is a guest (half) bathroom off the kitchen. The bedrooms are arranged so that each is separated so guests can have quiet when they are sleeping. I found the appliances -- dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooktop, coffee pots, and clothes washer and dryer -- in perfect condition. It was easy to prepare large meals in the kitchen as the cabinets had room for grocery supplies and there were abundant countertops for food preparation. We had our meals in the sun room due to its large size. From the sun room, we could watch the activity on Lake Oconee that included a family of ducks. There is a convenient buffet table between the kitchen and the sun room where we set up the food for our meals. We also used the outdoor grill. In addition, there is Wi-Fi throughout the house that was easy to access."

  • Very clean and quiet!

"My husband and I wanted a nice, quiet home to stay in while we were in Atlanta photographing a wedding at the Four Seasons. Connie's home was so clean and comfortable - we felt right at home. We hope we have the opportunity to stay there again when we are back in town :-)"

  • Cyclists Dream!

"This home is located very near the Silver Comet Trail with numerous mountain bike trails in the area. House was clean and welcoming and located in a working class neighborhood. The property was very pet friendly with a fenced-in back yard. If you are a road or trail cyclist, this rental property is for you! We took advantage of all the area had to offer and look forward to returning soon. The property owner was friendly and attentive to our inquiries. The house easily accommodates large families."
