  • Third Stay Here and Still Awesome!

"Our family recently stayed at this beautiful Cuscowilla condo for the third time in the past three years, this time for two weeks, and it is still as clean and well-appointed as the first time we visited. We love getting away from the rush of south Florida and finding quiet, peaceful places to relax and unwind, and this is the place we always come back to when visiting the Lake Oconee area. In the condo, we really enjoy the Viking appliances, wine cellar, outdoor gas grill, high definition TV's, and the overall relaxing flow of the layout. We felt right at home the first time we stayed here and really do so now after multiple stays. The pond behind the condo is so quiet and peaceful compared to the main lake with lots of loud boat and jet ski traffic in the summer, but you're still only minutes away from all the bustle and activity if things get a little too quiet at times. The closest comparison in terms of quality I've seen to this condo in the Lake Oconee area is the nearby Ritz-Carlton two-bedroom cottages at Reynolds Plantation that cost $2,500 per night in the summer. Save some money and rent this condo instead; you'll be glad you did. The owner is the most responsive and accommodating person from whom we have ever leased a vacation property, and we're looking forward to returning for a few more weeks in the fall or winter."

  • Absolutely the BEST house on Lake Oconee for a large family..... well worth the price!!!

"We just returned from this beautiful home on Lake Oconee and would give it 10 stars ...if we could! Let me start by saying.... it is a home... not a rental! This was the best stocked kitchen I have ever been in. Lots of silverware, plates and utensils, pans and cookie sheets and most importantly... refridgerator space! The pictures don't show all of the space that is in this awesome house; for example, there is a huge dining table with 12 chairs open to the kitchen as well as a tall bar table with 4 chairs all in the kitchen area. There was also a hidden toy room off of the upstairs TV room that simply had our 5 little ones (under 6 year olds) so in love with that they actually wanted to sleep in there. It was full of toys and so private from the other parts of the home that they played doll house for hours! The pool and spa were used all day ...every day! Lots of lounge chairs to sit around the pool to get sun and plenty of tables with umbrellas to get some shade! There was a large porch with an oversized glass table and large cushioned chairs and stools (which overlooked the lake) that was used every morning for coffee and at night for cards. It was simply fabulous! The owners were extremely helpful and checked on us frequently to make sure that they were no problems. I would highly recommend this property to multi generational families because there was so much space to spread out that no one ever felt crowded or couldn't find a quiet place to read! LOVE... LOVE ...LOVED IT!!"

  • Cute, Quaint, & Convenient

"My friends and I stayed in this unit while we were volunteering for a convention at AmericasMart. The unit was absolutely wonderful - so cozy and comfortable. It was just a block away to walk to our destination and located so close to restaurants, shopping, and the Marta. Since we were pretty much at our event from sun up until after midnight, we didn't really spend much time in the unit but it was definitely welcoming when we did finally get back to it. There was literally no problems falling into the bed or the couch and becoming immediately comfortable. You could hear the whirring of the elevator from the master bedroom but it easily turned into a passive noise. The landlord had to change out the TV's during our stay and she was on top of communicating with me what she was doing and when. The view from the balcony is amazing! It truly is a home away from home."

  • Lovely setting!

"We had the best time in this quaint home, everything was as nice as you see in the photos and communication with the owner was easy. Our family gathered for our son's GCSU graduation ( we stayed 4 nights), which was perfect. We celebrated with champagne and steaks on the covered porch while it rained. We lounged on the dock, played in the lake ( brought a kayak) and read in the shade. Morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the lake while hubby fished- ahhh! No regrets that we brought all of our meals, games, and even a puzzle, because all were content in this awesome setting!"
