  • Peace and Quiet

"Home is nestled in the woods until you reach the small neighborhood. Neighbors are near but just far away enough to forget about them. The home lightly decorated isn't too bad for small children. Watch out for deer, they are every where. A great place for nature watching. Be sure to bring everything you need, a store is about 30 min one way. Loved the back yard . My family spent most of our time outside (pictures are accurate). Bare minimum in cleaning kitchen supply. Be sure to bring paper towels/ napkins, dish washing liquid and extra wash cloths. Kitchen cookware were bountiful. Overall it is a place from all the hustle and bustle just what a family needs for vacation."

  • Great location and vacation place!

"I just returned from an 11 day stay in Atlanta. I chose this unit for the price, location and availability. The landlord was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had prior to booking and after. The unit was very clean and more than enough room for me. It was great having a kitchen so that I could make coffee, breakfast, or heat up leftovers from the many, many area restaurants. Walking distance to the Aquarium, CNN, Olympic Park and World of Coca-Cola. Took MARTA a few times and found people very helpful if I had questions. If I go back to Atlanta, this would be the first place I check."

  • Great for our family!

"This lovely home was perfect for our family vacation. It is very comfortable, and the owner has it VERY well stocked with just about everything you could need. The beds are very comfortable with high-end sheets/bedding, and there were very new, soft towels. Couldn't have made our trip without a washer and dryer, and it is very conveniently located off of the second bedroom hallway. Multiple beds worked out well for our family, too. The location is great; right on the course, but still very quiet. Not too far from the Great Waters clubhouse and (quiet!) pool. Would definitely rent again. And communication with owner was very speedy and helpful."

  • Thanksgiving stay

"We had a very nice stay with our two teenagers. I want to offer some info that might be helpful to others. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment with the full baths inside the bedrooms. All three TV’s are new flat screens with HDMI inputs. The building has luggage carts in a room near the parking lot and there are 15 min parking spaces to unload and load near the basement door. The concierge will unlock the door from the desk to access the carts. This room is on the 23rd floor and the fire alarm went off while we are there. So if you are unable to walk down that many flights of stairs you might want to reconsider. I spoke to a man who lives in the building and said it happens a couple of times a month. Although it ended up being nothing, it took the fire trucks 20 min to arrive! The building is very close to two Marta stations and many hotels and restaurants. The Marriott Marquis has a great sports bar! However, many were closed due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Call ahead if it’s a holiday or weekend. There is a CVS and mall with in walking distance. There is a mix of old and new photos in the listing. The photo with the large entertainment center is not current. The chairs are the darker blue and the entertainment center is replaced with a smaller table and large flat screen TV. The reason for 4 stars is the king bed was way too firm for our middle age bodies and the elevator noise. We woke each morning with a stiff back. The elevators are directly behind the living room wall. Thankfully, they didn’t run a lot in the middle of the night. As another person mentioned, there are not nearly enough cereal bowls. It would be nice to have this item restocked in the unit. I’m sure a lot of people eat breakfast in units they rent. It was very clean and the small issues we had were handled fast."
