"3 things would give this very nicely located condo 5 stars: 1) better air conditioning, 2) stronger water pressure in the bathroom, and 3) new pillows for the bed. With these improvements, the condo would receive 5 stars from every visitor. It is located perfectly in downtown Atlanta. All of the best attractions can be reached walking in 10-15 minutes or less. It is very quiet and clean; much better than a hotel which by the way will cost you more in this area than this condo. Check in was simple and parking was in the lot next door."

"This was our first time on Lake Oconee, and loved it. Family came from all over the country and all were very impressed by the house and lake. The kids played from morning to night on the dock jumping in the water. We rented a pontoon boat from Tommy's Pontoons, the boat was really nice however, its a bit of a drive. We also rented a ski boat from Twin lakes rental. Advid family skiers / wake boarders were not impressed by the boat. We brought our wave runners and put them in just up the road from the house. The house is three levels and much larger and roomier than pictures show. The downstairs is a very large living room that you dont see in the pics. There is also a laundry room down there. My only suggestive would be that the owners make a list of things that are available at the home. Such as kitchen items and iron and TV possiblities for those that are not on the water all day. If I would have know I would not have traveled with my iron and hand mixer... Also, I was told the kayaks are not for guest use which was disappointing to many family memebers because they saw the pic of it and thought they could use it. Plan on making a 20-30 minute trip to get to publix or anywhere for that matter. We took a day trip to Milledgeville which was a small college town with some antique stores. We stopped in at the welcome center in town and did a tour of the Govenors House. There is a trolly tour but it only has one tour a day at 10 am in the morning, so we missed it, but enjoyed the walk around town looking at the older homes. The lake house is not recommended for anyone that can't use stairs. Other than that We really enjoyed our stay in this home and look forward to going back! BTW the Ritz Carlton is a great place to dock your boat and enjoy the pool bar, drinks were great and lunch look good too."

"Perfect stay by all means. I couldn't ask for more than what I was provided! I'm already trying to book a stay there again just because. It was a perfect place for my show cars and no neighbors was right up my alley. I'm definitely staying here again for my next show in Atlanta. Brought a few guys from the shop, got permission from the owners to have more than expected and I was granted a wonderful stay in a wonderful home without being bothered once by the homeowners. I treat their house with much respect and we cleaned up 90% prior to leaving. Thank you very much for the stay!"

"I can't even share in words how grateful our group was to stay in such a beautiful home. Everything we needed was right there at the house. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Inside and out, the house went above and beyond our expectations. I really want to give a special shout out for the housekeeper, Karin, who extended her hand to help in many ways. She personally went to the Marta station in Ducater to pick up three of the guests that arrived early on Wednesday July, 1. Then brought them grocery shopping. Talk about Southern Hospitality!
The time we spent outside in the pool was a special time to relax and for most of us see the fireflies for the first time in our lives. Had a beautiful dinner we bbqued and at as the group at the dining table.
I will never want to stay anywhere else in the Atlanta area and will recommend this house to anyone."
