Recent Metro Atlanta, Central & Southern reviews

"We had an extremely large group and this home more than accommodated us. The home met our expectations with everything that we saw online. The only concern that many of the young girls had were the spider webs outside on the front porch. They were terribly afraid of the spiders getting on them, but we swept them down and everything was fine. It was well worth the money spent and the shower is amazing!"

  • Excellent house in a great location

"We gathered in Atlanta to celebrate my Dad's birthday. My sister and I originally booked hotel rooms then found this charming cottage. This is a Q tip clean house with lots of thought put into making the rental experience far superior to any hotel. Six adults and one child were easily accommodated. No parking problems even though we were in town for the Dogwood Festival. We will be back!"

  • Great place for a large group or Family

"We were coming to Decatur for my son's wedding and had family from 3 states needing places to stay. Economically as well as socially, it made sense for us to be together, since we don't see each other very often. The house had plenty of sleeping areas (the house is polluted with single beds, but only 1 larger bed). The house is decorated with beautiful African art and artifacts, and the furniture is well cared for and there is enough places for everyone to sit and socialize. The back porch is screened in and the breeze that comes in is awesome to just relax and drink coffee. Our only issue was when we first arrived, the place smelled closed up and "moth bally". Not a big deal, as we opened the windows and back porch sliding door and aired out the place. We were good to go in about 10 minutes. I'm just posting this in case the smell of mothballs bothers you. Everyone had a good time and the house really made the visit pleasant for all of us."

  • Hidden gem

"A wonderful, clean, well-maintained and tastefully decorated home. Great access to downtown attractions, and a nice collection of funky restaurants and shops, as well as Emory U, within a short drive. We stayed during a cold snap in February and had some trouble getting the thermostat to recognize that we needed some heat. But otherwise, a very pleasant stay."
