"We enjoyed staying at this condo in downtown Savannah. It's a great spot to walk from and get to anywhere you want to go downtown. There's no need for a car once you get settled in. There was plenty of room for all of us—4 adults and 2 small kids, in both the bedrooms and living room. The big closets were perfect for letting kids sleep in with the blow-up mattress and pack-in-play. The only negative was the noise from the alley below the bedroom windows late at night but they had ear plugs there so it was nothing that and a little wine couldn't take care of."

"We have had annual family vacations and this home was the best. Don't let the term "cottage" fool you; it's a spacious, beautifully appointed home, in pristine condition, that is welcoming and perfect for family gatherings.
It is secluded, yet everywhere you wish to be is within walking or biking distance.
The owner is professional, patient and extremely helpful. If we return to Sea Island, we wouldn't consider a home other than their "cottage.""

"We were a group of 8 seniors staying in this unique home for 4 days. The home is charming with 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 baths. Getting luggage up the stairs could be a problem for those with any lifting limitations. It is located in a very convenient part of Savannah with close access to tour busses and also close enough to the historic district (about 1.5 miles) to walk. The Kroger store is also very convenient. Parking (2 vans) was not an issue either on the street or in the courtyard behind the house. We had some issues with supplies that Christine resolved. She was great to deal with and was very helpful in helping to receive a package that was shipped to Savannah. Television needs some upgrading but internet worked well. All in all we really liked the home."

"What a relaxing stay on SSI! The location really can't be beat. While it's directly across from public beach access, during high tide, there is no beach--even during low tide it's very narrow. But! East Beach is a 2-3 minute drive in one direction, and Neptune Park is a 2 minute drive in the opposite direction. The shops and restaurants on Mallery Street are only a few blocks away, and we enjoyed nighttime walks to Brogen's for drinks surrounded by lots of TVs for the opening weekend of football season (Go Dawgs!). The Crab Trap and Crabdaddy's are also only a few blocks away for popular SSI dining options. The best part about this property is the porch--it was perfect for our morning coffee and evening meals when we chose to stay in. I mean, the view is just spectacular! The property is just what you need for a nice weekend getaway! The unit is located upstairs--just an FYI for any who may have difficulty with stairs. The only sliiiiight negative was that it seemed like someone may live in a different unit in the building and own a cat, even though the property says pets are not to be considered. It made my overly sensitive allergies flare up a bit, but staying outside in the salt air helped clear them up tremendously! Give this property a shot--you won't be disappointed! Plus, the owners were extremely easy to work and communicate with. We hope to be back soon!"
