  • Wonderful!

"Our family of 7 adults and three toddlers stayed here for a wedding at the Mansion. The location was awesome...Forsyth Park a very short distance away and the mansion maybe three blocks away. The house had plenty of apace for everyone, and the bedrooms were all wonderful. I had read that the parking would be tight for a large vehicle...but we had a Surburban and a Jeep Commander and we were able to park both inside the courtyard parking...which for Savannah is a huge plus. The owner is awesome to work with and very helpful! I would highly recommend this house!"

  • Nice Condo for a short vacation

"This was our first trip to Tybee Island and the condo met our expectations. Don't be fooled by the "Savannah Beach Racquet Club" title though, it's just a few condo buildings with a pool and a walkway to the beach, nothing special. My husband and I did appreciate the availability of the bikes, we used them to ride down to the starting line of the Tybee Island half marathon and back to avoid the traffic. We also loved the books available to read, especially the destination/adventure ones, since we like to travel. The condo was small, perfect for two people. I wouldn't recommend anymore than that. My only two gripes were the queen size bed was very uncomfortable and the towels smelled kind of like mildew, like they hadn't been washed for a while, which I'm sure wasn't the case, but they just smelled like that. Other than that, it was the perfect spot for our long weekend and we did enjoy ourselves. Thank you very much for letting us stay and enjoy the property!"

  • Perfect family vacation!

"This was our sixth trip to Savannah and second time to stay on Tybee Island in Building A. We stayed here with our 12-yo daughter and 15-yo son for a week in October. The condo was spotlessly clean and well appointed for our stay. I wanted to take the bamboo cotton sheets, tempurpedic mattress pad and bed pillow home with me - honestly the best sleep I've had in a long time. Working with Donna on booking, check-in and check-out, etc. was a breeze. We had the privilege of meeting LaTrelle, the owner, during our stay. She is charming and shared with me where she purchased the items for the bedroom. We would definitely stay here again the next time we stay on Tybee and would happily recommend the unit to friends and family. We ate out only one night during our stay and we chose the Crab Shack. It was ok. Service was fair; it was obvious that the server assumed that since we were a family and not ordering multiple alcoholic drinks, she wouldn't get a decent tip (she was wrong) and was not very attentive in refilling drinks, checking to see if we needed anything. I shopped at the IGA on Butler Avenue for groceries. For a smaller-sized store, there was a very good selection of fresh foods, produce and staples. We enjoyed the beach, both at the property and down by the lighthouse and went down there every morning. We saw lots of dolphins jumping in the water. Ft. Pulaski is another of our favorite sites to visit. We hope to be able to return to Tybee again next year and will definitely try to book this unit for our stay."
