"We just finished a great week at the beach and love staying in this house. It's the perfect beach house. It's a short walk across the King and Prince parking lot to a great part of the beach. It's convenient to the village and good restaurants. You could practically live on the big screened in porch. This was our third time staying here and will definitely stay here the next time we come back to St. Simons Island."

"We returned just yesterday from a week-long stay at this cottage and we enjoyed every minute. It is located only steps from the beach and is merely a bicycle ride away from restaurants, shopping, and the pool. You are provided a pass to the pool at a nearby hotel only a few blocks away, and we used it every day we were there--very nice touch since the home itself doesn't have a pool.
This house is well maintained, comfortable, and decorated nicely. The kitchen is adequately stocked with all the utensils, kitchen equipment, and dishes you'll need for a week. There are also plenty of dish towels and pot holders. Each of the three roomy bedrooms has its own bath.
The front lawn and fenced back yard are beautifully landscaped and provide a pleasant, shady place to sit and enjoy the sound of the surf in the mornings and evenings or even play a game of cornhole. The raised ocean-view deck is a perfect place to relax in the evenings and gaze at the stars and the ocean (but it's waaaaaay too hot to enjoy in July during the middle of the day). The covered patio has a private feel to it because of the lush landscaping, and it's a wonderful place to enjoy dinner. There is an outdoor shower on the west side of the house, which is great for rinsing off after spending time at the beach or bicycling around the island.
We've only been home since yesterday and already miss it!"

"This is a cute, little apartment style space within close walking distance to Forsyth Park and is a little bit longer walk to River Street. Lee was very nice and besides not being able to communicate with him due to his phone being out of commission it worked out. Have fun in Savannah!"
