"Our group of nine women spent several days in this gorgeous property. It's been beautifully restored and is very well appointed with every possible modern amenity. Every need was anticipated, and the location is ideal. Our time together in this home was the highlight of our trip."

"This end unit in a condo complex has a great porch looking out on the marshes. I was there for 3 seasons and it was lovely during each and great fun watching the natural changes. The unit is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location is convenient and allows walking to multiple restaurants, shopping, and services (gym, mani, cleaners, etc). It is also close to the bike rental. My pup loved swimming in the creek. And while the complex is 30 years old and the unit shows its wear and tear, the owner is responsive and helpful when/if there is any problem. I do not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone."

"I've been to SSI at least 12 times over 45 years and this was one of the best properties we've ever been to. Very spacious, well decorated, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable living spaces. Pool was just perfect. Short walk to beach and plenty of space at high tide and even more at low. Plenty of beach chairs and other beach type stuff for kids use. We had 3 generations of family along with us on this visit and we all had plenty of space that we could gather as well as escape from each other. Screened in porches were great for enjoying morning coffee and evening conversation. Easy walk to village and restaurants. Wheelchair access ramp was perfect for our parents. We will be returning. Thanks again!!!"

"This was the first time I had stayed on the marsh on Tybee Island. It was a beautiful experience. The property is a very nice and you kinda feel like your secluded on the marsh with trees and tropical vegetation hiding other homes. The walk out to the marsh house was so peaceful and always fish jumping and crabs crawling and heron flying and fishing-just beautiful. As dusk was setting in on the walk back to the house one evening we discovered these little yellow night blooming flowers along the trail that would POP open. The family walked to the beach and the peir each morning. Due to my health I limit my walking so I purchased a parking pass for my time there rather than pay each time I wanted to park which was very convenient, we could just pop in and out of any shopping area without worrying about parking. The house was very suitable for a group of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) and we weren't stumbling over each other. There was plenty of outdoor common space. With the party I was with we did not spend as much time enjoying all the outdoor space as I might have with just my own family. I met Debbie and her husband in the shop at various times and they were both very nice. I drove around the island some looking at the marsh properties and this one really has a nice access to the marsh with three waterways meeting where the boat house and dock are located."
