"Very charming place. I really enjoyed my stay here. The house was very clean and comfortable, I really enjoyed the screened in porch where I had my coffee every morning.
Everything was within walking distant.
Thank you for letting us stay at your home in Savannah.
P.S Clover my dog enjoyed her stay also"

"We flew to Savannah for a 5- day vacation in February. The location of this rental is great-- in the historic district, close to restaurants, shopping. Private parking in the garage is a nice perk. I had spoken to the caretaker a few times on the phone -- she was pleasant and very helpful. The rental was very clean, the bed linens lovely.
Still, for a rental that advertises as "luxury" we were a little disappointed. Toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels are all rationed -- you get what's there and if you run out go buy it. The kitchen has no food wrap, aluminum foil, not even a Baggie to wrap up our cheese and veggies. Not even salt and pepper.... Although we only had appetizers in the evening, and coffee, yogurt and fruit for breakfast, we were disappointed with the lack of stocked supplies. There is one Tide pod, so don't get your one bath towel too dirty.
Also, the WiFi connection is so weak it was unusable.
if the owner would be willing to stock the little extras (at a cost of maybe $5 for the five days we stayed?) and improve the WiFi then this property could be billed as Luxury. It is very attractive and private but also bare-bones."

"This condo is in the middle of it all! My new wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. We couldn't spent the whole week here without a car. Restaurants and shops fill the neighborhood. You really couldn't ask for a better location, especially at this price! The loft itself was fun and spacious. Gorgeous wood floors, full kitchen, and the two person hot tub was very relaxing. I would recommend this stay to a friend. There were only minor things that could've been improved, but that happens anywhere you go. Not great for multiple couples/families... The walls don't reach the ceiling, so what is said in one room, is heard in the other rooms. However, it was the perfect spacious getaway for our honeymoon."

"My group of friends rented this townhome to visit Savannah for the 4th of July weekend. We could not have been happier with the property. It was very spacious and comfortable, and was great for a large group. The private courtyard in the back was great for grilling, and the two-car garage was extremely convenient. The property is within walking distance of the whole historic district but is situated in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Also the owner was wonderful to work with; we had a small AC issue and they were very quick to send out a handyman to fix it (on a Friday night at 7 PM), and even sent over box fans despite having fixed the issue. I would recommend this property to anyone considering a visit to Savannah."
