"We just finished a great week at the beach and love staying in this house. It's the perfect beach house. It's a short walk across the King and Prince parking lot to a great part of the beach. It's convenient to the village and good restaurants. You could practically live on the big screened in porch. This was our third time staying here and will definitely stay here the next time we come back to St. Simons Island."

Beautiful Townhouse In A Great Location Near The Beach
"My husband and I stayed in this townhouse for 6 weeks. It is in a quiet area less than a block from the beach and about 3/4 mile from The Village where there are many shops and some really great restaurants. We walked to the village almost every day along the beach and enjoyed many a sunset from the pier. The sunsets are absolutely outstanding. The townhouse/condo is very comfortable with all the conveniences of home. The kitchen has everything you need to cook almost anything you want to and has plenty of dishes; it also has a separate wine refrigerator. The living area is decorated very nicely and the little half bath on the first floor is adorable. There is a patio out back to enjoy the nice weather and the grounds are very well groomed and kept very neat. The second floor has 2 good-sized bedrooms with plenty of storage, each with its own full bathroom. There is a washer and dryer on the same floor. There are lots of towels and sheets, too. The third floor is a deck where we enjoyed fire works on New Years Eve. They were spectacular. There are nice pictures and art work through out the entire condo. Best of all is Courtenay, one of the owners. She is a dream to work with and very responsive to all emails and phone calls. The few times we needed something taken care of, she was on it immediately. We enjoyed many restaurants while we were there and especially enjoyed the Deep-dish Southern Soul Pizza at CJ's and the southern Soul BBQ. We ordered carry-put from both places. We also went to the Half-Shell, Mullet Bay and a variety of other places. The shops are fun to look through and more fun when you buy something. The beaches are beautiful to walk and very peaceful. It is entertaining to watch the many huge cargo ships that pass by daily. You can get around very easily to most places without a car and if you love to walk you will be in heaven here. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this condo. Believe me, you will really enjoy your stay."

Perfect for multifamily vacation with small children
"We stayed here in 2010 and could not have asked for a better place to come with family and a few close friends- the adopted family that you gather along the way :) The lesser breeze connects to the Fuller Breeze off the main room- makes a quiet side of the house if you need one. Also, there are two laundry areas. This was an unexpected surprise that was also very helpful. The covered parking was a great place to slip the beach gear. Much easier than a small hotel room could handle... I did see the negative review- things are not all brand new- but in a light homey vintage eclectic style. The kitchen was very well stocked and super functional to feed a large group from :) Thank you so much for sharing your home. (We were looking on VRBO today just to see if the home was still out there- hopeful wishes for next summer)... we actually stayed in Jul/Aug 2010 but the dates would not allow us to go back that far."
