  • Charming Beach Cottage

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The home has so much character & charm with plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect too, a short walk to the beach and the village. We enjoyed relaxing on the screen porch after a long day of house hunting and time at the beach."

  • Very Comfortable.

"My husband and I stayed for a month. We initially thought that 3 bedrooms were a little much for the two of us. However, we ended up with people stopping in for a few days so it worked out well. There was adequate room for 6 adults. Two "back" bedrooms with a shared bath, and a Master with bath adjacent to the living area so when we were alone, it didn't feel too large. It was very clean when we arrived. The beds were all comfortable. Nice linens in the master. Pool was nice - when the weather finally cooperated. There is a hot/cold outdoor shower and the backyard is very private. The location was perfect. Less than a mile to the pier. Days passed that we didn't use the car. We were able to walk or bike even for groceries. The manager was quick to respond to any questions or problems. Caveat: There is a condo behind the house and they ran their yard equipment ALOT it may be a seasonal thing as the live oaks were dropping leaves and catkins this time of year. Too many activities to list."

  • Cozy Cottage

"Our family of five stayed in this adorable cottage from April 12 - April 19. We had a wonderful time exploring St. Simon's and Jekyll Island. We wish we had better weather, but that didn't stop the kids (6,5,2) from jumping in the heated pool! After a stormy day, the owner was quick to send over the pool company to have it cleaned an extra time, thank you!"

  • Comfortable resting spot in the center of activities

"The home is well furnished, offers plenty of space for a family, is in the center of the activities the island offers and I would no doubt recommend it. The house is about a mile from the village which offers a number of restaurants and shops. It's about a mile from the beach near the King and Prince and is about a mile from the center of the island. We enjoyed our stay and would no doubt return on another visit to St. Simons. A few other notes: the master bath is impressive, they have a number of bikes and all the space you could possibly need."
