  • So much space!

"This cottage was great for our family of 9. Lots of places to be together, and lots of spaces for quiet/nap time. There was a large area of storage for our bikes under the house, beach chairs for us to use, a grill for cooking out and lots of games for the kids and adults to play! We loved having the IGA so close, it was safe enough to send the kids to pick up last minute items. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of cups, plates, bowls and baking/serving items, so having meals in was easy. The large dining table was great for meals and games...so rare in most places. The owner was very helpful and kind."

  • Great place for family and friends!

"My family and I rented this condo for the week of 4th of July 2013 and it was great! The transaction went with ease and the owner was very very accommodating. The condo has a spacious layout with plenty of space for family and friends to enjoy. The place was very clean and has great updates. The patio has a good view of the beach and the complex is perfect because it was steps from the beach and had three pools for us to enjoy. There is also a restaurant on-site and we were able to enjoy dinner by the pool while the kids played one night. I would highly recommend this place and will be renting from this owner again and again. "

  • Nice stay

"My family stayed a week at is condo on Tybee Island, this was our first visit. The condo was nice and lean. Everything was provided. I lived the covered individual parking and the fact it was a gated area. I was a little disappointed in the size of the pools, very small. The pool area though was nice and very clean. We couldn't get the wi-fi to work and the channels on the kids tv didn't change. I would stay here again! It was peaceful and quiet."
