"I vacationed here with 6 of my girlfriends for a bachelorette weekend. It was absolutely amazing! It wasn't your typical bachelorette weekend full of craziness, but that isn't quite what we were going for anyways. We were looking for a place to spend some time together and have fun. We arrived to the house in the evening and were so incredibly surprised to find how clean and nicely decorated it was. The view was absolutely breathtaking! Our first night, we sat around catching up, relaxing around the fireplace. There was so much space for everyone to sleep and the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable/cozy. The next day, we went to Wolf Mountain where we enjoyed a delicious lunch outside with a gorgeous view of the mountains, then proceeded on to a delectable wine tasting, which was lots of fun. The wine was great! The second day, we just relaxed at the house. The owners of the house gave us the contact information of a masseuse that came out to the house and gave us all individual massages on the balcony of the house. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Then, we went down by the creek and parked ourselves in the lounge chairs, reminiscing and enjoying the tranquil sounds of the running water with the beautiful scenery that surrounded us. There was a huge fire pit as well! We made dinner that night at the house and were very happy to find that the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Our last night, we went out on the town. Downtown Dahlonega is a super cute little town with lots of great shops and places to visit. We had dinner at Corkscrew (which was recommended by the owners of the house) and it was amazing! Then we celebrated some more at a bar called Shenanigans, which was a fun place for all the locals to hang out. All in all, it was an amazing trip. We were so incredibly happy with the house and all of its amenities. We keep talking about how we are going to plan another trip to go back because we had such a great time and really loved the house/property. I highly recommend this place as a vacation spot if you are looking to have a nice and relaxing get-a-way. Great for families and friends! Would go back in a heartbeat! :)"

  • Convenient and Clean Cabin

"We stayed here with our one year-old baby and found the cabin offered everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the proximity to the creek was nice for our early mornings. It's super quiet here - nice for baby's naps! And the front porch- it doesn't get better than that. We were in town for a wedding weekend, with events at both Montaluce Winery and Wolf Mountain Vineyards. This cabin was fairly close to both, while offering more of a retreat than the downtown hotels would have. I'd recommend this cabin!"

  • Cozy Cabin, Lovely View

"Gracious hosts greeted us & showed us all the essentials. Equipped with everything one would need for a great get-away. Loved the decks (up & down) with cool mornings for coffee and relaxing. Grill for steaks and tomatoes given us by a neighbor. Perfect for a needed time of rest, relaxation and time away from 'busy'. Only downside is steep stairs to bedroom for knee problems -- but even has half bath upstairs for convenience. Would come again."

  • Perfect House for Large Gathering

"I recently rented the entire house for a family gathering for my daughters wedding in Dahlonega. Best spent money ever. The lower level is especially inviting to gather in and talk and laugh. Great Kitchen island to gather around. The upstairs for us seemed to lend itself to be more for some alone or quiet time. We had 9 people so the house was full but didn't seem overcrowded. There are 4 large size bedrooms with the 5th being what I would term a large closet (Had bunk beds). I don't think I ever received more comment from family and quests on what a great idea renting the house was. Plenty of room for football and other outside activities as well as plenty of room just to relax and sit. Wish we had more time to just chill and enjoy the privacy of the house as well as the hot tub and hiking. I will add however that it is quite a hike if you want to walk into town, mostly up hill on the way. We found it easier to drive and with a little patience you can find free parking off the main square. I would most definitely rent this house again in a heartbeat."
