"It was nice but it had a light bulb out in each bathroom so my husband could hardly shave. It has 2 bulbs. Refrigerator has a bowl in the back catching water and the vegetable drawer was full of water. Grill was dirty so we didn't use it. Not good for old people as the shower is upstairs and only a tub down stairs We loved the view.
s. Other wise the place is really nice. I just wanted to let the owner know these things. We had a swell time and enjoyed the view."

"Quiet and secluded enough to get away from it all but close enough to town to get anything you want. The cabin is well decorated to give it that rustic feeling yet retains all the amenities of modern day life. The wrap-around-porch with a swing was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon sitting. They had everything you could want at the cabin -- just bring food and you're set. I definitely recommend this cabin and hope we get the chance to return. Some of the attractions we enjoyed were Black Mountain State Park, antique window shopping and scenic drives. We went into North Carolina, which is only about a thirty minute drive, and visited a few other parks."

"This was our sixth visit and again a great time. We had 6 family members this trip: my husband, daughter, her husband, and our 2 granddaughters plus myself. One of the new things was a kayak trip on the Little Tennessee River. We were at the gem mining place in Otto and they do kayak trips dropping you in there on the property and picking you up about 3 hours later. The girls age 5 and 8 loved it. We also went to the kudzu factory which is quite unique and the metal art place on 441. We did breakfast at Bella's which is always yummy. We stopped by the Highland's auction house after a trip to Kilwin's. Thanks Mandy and Dennis for another wonderful week."

"My family has a "Cousins Reunion" in early June each year & this is the 3rd time we have had the majority of our family stay in this home in the past 4 years. This year we had only 9 adults staying there as several weren't able to make it, but during the day we had 15 there for our reunion activities. The house is perfect for large groups, with 3 separate large room areas, plus the front porch & back decks. The kitchen & dining area will seat many for meals, with plenty of preparation counter space. There is a large game room for kids & teens, parking for 4 full size cars/trucks. The house is well appointed, comfortable beds & furniture throughout. The owners maintain the property extremely well & are very helpful. It is in a great mountain view location, close to Dillard with stores, restaurants & close to many other north Georgia & southern North Carolina scenic mountain activities."
