"My family and I were very pleased with the townhome. It is beautifully appointed and has everything a family would need to enjoy time together. All of the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. We were visiting my daughter at Clemson for a football weekend and found the location to be convenient for traveling back and forth to campus. My only regret is that I didn't find this property four year ago when my daughter first started college . Thank you for letting us use your wonderful home."

"Two of my friends and I stayed here for the Clemson home games this year. The house fit our needs perfectly. There are two bedrooms with queens beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. All three of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs which was nice. The living room has a projection style large TV with all the sports channels that we needed thru AT&T U-verse. The house Wifi worked great the whole time. We did not utilize the pool but it was always sparkling clean. The yard grass was always cut and maintained. If you do plan on doing any serious cooking you do need to bring your own spices, cooking oil, etc. There are grocery stores and a Walmart very near to buy cooking supplies if needed. The refrigerator has an ice maker which was a real plus. You are near the town of Seneca so there are many restaurants to choose from. For non locals there is a Skins hot dog spot really near if you want to taste an old local favorite in the area (chips, no fries, Pepsi no Coke).
The owners are always available and helpful via phone or text if there are any issues. In summary, a great spot to stay if you are in the area!

"We had a group of 6 for a Clemson game, and the house was perfectly setup for our weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed, the house was very spacious, and we got a lot of use out of the ping pong table! The owners were also very helpful with preparing for our arrival and in following up on items accidentally left at the house. I would definitely recommend the house for small groups of people looking for a great place to stay."

"I went back with a group of friends for a Clemson football game and we had an excellent time.
It was early November so we didn't get to take full advantage of the boat launch, etc but would definitely go back to this property in the summer months to enjoy the lake, etc.
Very clean and beautiful home. Plenty of space for everyone.
Marc was very accommodating to our group and reasonable with the requests regarding check-out cleanup, etc.
Highly recommend for any trip to the area. One word of warning, it is about a 20-30 minute ride to/from Clemson, which wasn't a problem for us, but requires some planning ahead and about $50 cab ride.
overall great experience!"
