Quiet little gem in the woods
"We escaped Florida humidity to the quiet woods of Amy's cabin. Our granddaughter loved chasing fireflies, making s'mores at the fire pit, panning for gold in the creek, and playing in the jacuzzi. We loved the easy access from the road but surprising quietness of the property. Cabin is small but completely functional. Convenient to all tourist attractions without all the hustle and bustle of being in town."

"I have nothing but great things to say about Pam, and this cabin. Pam was always very sweet with our correspondence. There was a minor issue with the hot water not working, but with an email to Pam, she was very quick to email AND call and fix the issue (breaker needed to be switched). The cabin was very cute and very clean. I can not wait to come back. Pam thank you so so much!"

"Ever since I was a little girl, I have loved tree houses...and this is a dream come true!
You pull right up to the main level and park only feet away from the entrance. No lugging suitcases up flights of stairs of stairs. In fact the middle level is completely self- contained; if unsteady on your feet can enjoy all of the cabin's absolute beauty and scenery without leaving the second level.
We we're enchanted! You enter through a short center hallway that has a roomy fully-equipped galley kitchen to the right and a lovely dining area to the left, complete with a section holding CDs of music, books, etc. I won't give away Kay's secret, but she has ingeniously found a way to accommodate extra dinner seating that literally can be whisked away and not seen!
Hold your breath- as you leave the dining area, you walk into a cosy room with overstuffed chairs, a love seat and an Ottoman that can be used with a tray to hold snacks, as an extra seat, to put all your feet up and stretch out! There is a new HD smart tv over the fireplace with remote control.
BUT THE VERY BEST PART: you are sitting up at least 10 feet in the trees, and both sides of the room are made of sliding glass doors which exits to an lovely dining area on the right which includes a very nice grill that cooks a steak to perfection. And just straight though the atrium room through the sliding doors in the left glass wall is an gourgeous impeccably clean hot tub with a brand new top! It is incredible to look out and see just leaves.
There is a full shower on the main (2nd) floor, and full bath with a shower and full vanity. The room is charmingly decorated with two twin beds set into opposite walls covered wiwe th hand quilted coverlets and a trundle mattress under one bed. It is well-lighted and would be enjoyed by adults or children.
And.. an extra treat! Well kept steps go in front of the cottage and are set into the bank on the right side of the house, which leads to a ground floor patio and into a studio- style room made for sleeping and has a microwave and full bath.
( I forgot to mention that the master bedroom on the main floor is made for sleeping until you decide to get up. If you like to read in bed, bring a book light that clips to your book and you can snuggle and read while your partner sleeps. There is also a bedside table which has an extension cord under the bed and the table easily holds a CPAP machine if anyone has sleep apnea.
Our cat loved it too. Go and stay...."
