"We have really enjoyed staying in the cabin. Everything was great - the cabin was awesome and cosy, and the views were spectacular. The layout was very convenient - it was my husband and I, our two boys ages 6 and 4, and my parents. We and the boys stayed in the bedrooms upstairs, while my parents stayed in the master suite on the main floor so that they didn't have to deal with climbing stairs. The master suite is very well-equipped with its own jacuzzi tup and separate shower and lots of space in general. We cooked most of our meals at the cabin's very well equipped kitchen - very handy with kids. But our favorite place was certainly the porch which goes along two sides of the cabin, lots of space for everybody to hang out.
Also, an important thing is, the cabin is very conveniently located - close to Blue Ridge (where we went to ride on the train and explore the shops etc.) and at the same time, it's very quiet and off the beaten path there.
In summary, it was a great vacation."

"My new hubby and I (along with our pups) just returned from our honeymoon stay at TLC - it was WONDERFUL!! It is the perfect place to relax and get away (especially after wedding mania), and it took no time at all for this place to feel like our home. It's very convenient to the main highway but once you're at the cabin, it feels like your very own private tree house. Larry & Lois keep it clean and stocked with all of the essentials, so we only needed groceries. We enjoyed several meals on the porch overlooking the treetops and distant mountains and the hot tub was great (especially since the days were warm but a couple nights were in the 40s). It stormed heavily one day but we were snug in the "tree house" and the weather was gorgeous the rest of our stay. Our recommendations: 1) visit Travis at North Georgia Mountain Outfitters (on 515 North Ellijay) - he'll help with hiking gear and give you directions to Long Creek Falls with extra scenic points along the way, 2) golf a fun hilly course at Butternut Creek (just north of Blue Ridge), 3) visit the inexpensive but yummy breakfast buffet at The Village Restaurant in Blue Ridge, 4) if someone you love wants to golf (again) at Brasstown Valley Resort, GO! I spent 4 hours at the Equani spa, OMG, it was amazing! 5) dine at Brother's at Willow Ranch (just up the road from the resort), we had a reasonably priced but excellent dinner there, and 6) don't hesitate to book a stay at TLC!! Thanks so much, Larry & Lois!"

"This cabin was perfect. It was beautiful, fully equipped with every item needed or desired to enjoy our time here. Everything we needed in the kitchen, grilling, all utensils, blow dryer, etc. If you need it this cabin had it. And the thoughtful touches of enough paper towels, other paper products to get you by before shopping at the grocery store. Finally, I must add that the place was immaculate! What a complete delight. We will definitly come back."

"Meet friends in Atlanta and chose this cabin. Great choice. Convenient to Blue Ridge about 2.5 miles. Great view. Well supplied. Plenty of room. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Would use again when returning this way."
