"My whole body relaxed upon entering this fairytale cabin so close to big rushing creek. We did not want to leave. It's private yet you know Sally and Jim are there if you have questions. Near town so you can run in for supplies....such as wine...even sold on Sundays. We saw a herd of deer across the creek , otter in the creek, many birds and a great blue Herron eating fish from the crew! What a joy this piece of heaven is!"

"This is the second year for our family at AGL and we cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The location is perfect. It feels like you are somewhere secluded and peaceful but it is only 5-10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. The cabin itself is very beautiful and has everything you need for a large family. Beds are really comfy and showers have good pressure. Fast wifi. There is plenty of room to sleep, cook and play. Our favorite place to be is the covered outdoor living area with a fireplace. We started our day out there with coffee every morning, and finished each night with a family meal at the large table and s'mores by the fire."

"My boyfriend and I stayed at this cabin for our 2 year anniversary. It was a very relaxing stay, and we were even allowed to bring our dog. He enjoyed the back yard and even made some friends with the neighbor's dog. The cabin is close to Lake Blue Ridge and Aska trails for your outdoor adventures. It's also close to town if you need to do some shopping or want to grab some food.
The cabin was very comfortable and secluded for a peaceful stay. I can't wait to visit again!"

"Our group of young men had an absolutely fabulous time and the cabin was everything they imagined and more. We found the kitchen to be perfect as my son orchestrated and cooked nightly dinners for he and his buddies. The location was perfect for all kinds of adventure. The guys went for miles and miles of hikes, spent the day sliding the rocks and watering hole at Dick's Creek (very proud of myself for discovering this off- the-beaten path treasure) and found the hot tub to be great respite from sore muscles at the end of each day. Though they encountered one late afternoon of rain, the cabin offered a perfect location for "boys to be boys" as they spent the time playing board games, laughing and enjoying the moment."
