"My husband and I spent the weekend and had a wonderful visit. The cabin was quiet and secluded and had a wonderful view of one of the Big Canoe lakes."Guest: Equiscape Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 19, 2014View listing
"Couldn't ask for a better place for a large family get together. The Boyd's are outstanding to work with and their amazing home was so comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of room for family dinners and loved the deck for views of the lake and charades! Thank you for a perfect stay. By the way, your steam shower is the BOMB....wish I had one!!"Guest: Susan G. "Very nice home with all the amenities and very comfortable. Liked the location, close to most everything. Beautiful view and very nice screened porch. Our family enjoyed playing board games on the porch. Nice restaurants nearby to choose from, and worth the trip to Jasper, Ga to 61 Main. Some of the best food ever! Our family likes to run, and there is a great crush and run track nearby. We will return!"Guest: Rest and Relaxation Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 17, 2014View listing
"The description of this place does not do it justice. We had family coming in from out of town and not enough room to accommodate everyone so we rented Hemlock Hollow in early March. The house is amazing. It has dozens of unique details that make it very special and there is plenty of room to stretch out. The outdoor fireplace and sleeping cabin are short walks from the house and the stream is just a little farther. The bridge connects to other hiking paths including one that leads to ruins from an old bridge. Nature lovers will be very excited about both the trails, outdoor fireplace and sleeping cabin! All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and each one is different. The showers have adjustable shower heads to accommodate young ones too. Lots of care was taken to provide a variety of games, books etc. for those on an extended stay. This also makes it an excellent place to stay all year round. The kitchen has plenty of room for several cooks to work at once and not get in each others way. The downstairs living area is very large and would make a great place for movie night."Guest: Sam Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 22, 2014View listing
