"My wife and I had high hopes for a clean, comfortable, safe and convenient location to spend five days in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. What we experienced far exceeded our expectations! The amazement begins the moment we walked through the door to our most amazing getaway home. Marietta Ringger the owner does an over the top job of providing comforts and conveniences that are second to none. From the decor (which is fabulously indescribable!) to the hot tub, the Keurig coffee machine, wifi, clear satellite television reception in a beautiful country setting "Logsweet" was perfect! While there we enjoyed day trips to several falls, a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, a run to Brasstown Bald, an afternoon in Helen, shopping in downtown Blue Ridge and of course daily stops at the Mercier Apple Orchard. After each day's adventure we were very happy to be returning back to our cozy cabin suite in the woods. My wife will definitely be back and we highly recommend a stay here ... we promise you will not be disappointed!

"We have really enjoyed staying in the cabin. Everything was great - the cabin was awesome and cosy, and the views were spectacular. The layout was very convenient - it was my husband and I, our two boys ages 6 and 4, and my parents. We and the boys stayed in the bedrooms upstairs, while my parents stayed in the master suite on the main floor so that they didn't have to deal with climbing stairs. The master suite is very well-equipped with its own jacuzzi tup and separate shower and lots of space in general. We cooked most of our meals at the cabin's very well equipped kitchen - very handy with kids. But our favorite place was certainly the porch which goes along two sides of the cabin, lots of space for everybody to hang out.
Also, an important thing is, the cabin is very conveniently located - close to Blue Ridge (where we went to ride on the train and explore the shops etc.) and at the same time, it's very quiet and off the beaten path there.
In summary, it was a great vacation."

"We loved the cabin and location on the water. The bedrooms were large and spacious and the living area were plentiful for our two families. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and used it quite a bit since we had several children. There were many different living spaces for everyone to spread out. We would recommend putting a plank of wood or something to make access to the river a lot easier. The river itself was lovely and we all enjoyed wading in the water even though it was freezing. A lovely stay and would recommend this cabin for a nice secluded and peaceful getaway."
