  • Nice House

"We were six adults and three children, the house was large enough to accommodate all of us. Everyone enjoyed the fireplaces, and the hot tub.. we could have used more towels in all the bathrooms, we had to keep washing towels because between the hot tub and showers we ran out quickly.. The creek in the back of the house kept the kids very happy also the recreation room with a foosball table & large screen TV, it was a little cold downstairs, we could not find and heater or anyway to turn on the heat. All and all we all had a good time at Hemlock Hollow; David the manager was very attentive and answered all our emails and texts."

  • Fantastic Family Trip

"We had the pleasure of staying for a week with adult children and 18 month old granddaughter. It was a wet week but we all know Mother Nature has a will of her own. The home is spacious and well decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils. We cooked daily and enjoyed time together in the kitchen and outdoor grilling. The lodge is located in a quiet secluded area and the creek is beautiful with access to fish, float or just enjoy the lovely natural surroundings. The access is a little difficult unless you have a 4 wheel drive truck or all wheel drive car. But definitely worth the trip - we enjoyed it as a central hub for fishing, going on some day trips to Blue Ridge, local apple orchards, Amicalola Falls State Park and Helen. All great days with family fun and laughter. We went to the Annual Apple Festival and had a great time too. Hope to go back again - the North Georgia Mountains and views, the local community and the lodge owners were very helpful and responded quickly if we had questions or concerns."

  • Mountain Cabin in Blue Ridge, GA

"My husband and I brought our two boys and our dog to this mountain cabin for 6 nights. The owners are very nice and accommodating! There is a bedroom on each floor, which makes privacy nice (if traveling with other adult couples.) Beautiful views and sleeping under the stars a few nights were amazing! This is a great place to come "home" to after a day of hiking and/or sightseeing to relax and unwind. One side note: If you are not used to driving in mountainous areas the last ~1/4 mile to the home is...steep! After driving up/down this part a few times helped lessen any nervousness we had. All in all, a very beautiful get away cabin to help in recharging your batteries!"
