  • PERFECT for our 16th Wedding Anniversary

"WOW - this property is exactly as described. We were blessed to spend our 16th Wedding Anniversary at Sara's property. I surprised my husband with this reservation, he was overwhelmed at my choice! He loved it all. We both loved everything. I think my favorite spot in the cabin was the screened in porch with it's wonderful rocking chairs and amazing view of the valley below. I could go on and on about the cabin inside and out, but the description and pictures are exact. Thank you Sara for sharing your cabin with so many. You are blessed to be a blessing over and over! We ate at the very same restaurant we ate at on our honeymoon 16 years ago - The Canyon Grill in Rising Fawn, GA. If you travel to this cabin it is an amazing restaurant. Visit their website for menu offers and any specials. We did mention it was our Anniversary and rec'd a free dessert - our choice. We drove and visited the small, quaint and wonderful towns of Menlo, Summerville, and LaFayette Georgia. We followed information from Sara and found The Crushed Tomato in Summerville, GA! One of the best Brick Oven Handmade Pizza's we have ever had. In fact it was so good - we ate it twice! We want to go back just so we can eat the Pizza again. The Christmas lights on Main Street and Music Timed Christmas Light show in LaFayette is across from the Police Station. It was incredible - perfect for the little ones or those young at heart. Be sure to check out the house and see Santa's Train and Christmas Village. We want to come back just to spend more time in these towns. We drove by Howard Finster's Paradise Garden, but they were closed. We missed out on Mentone just because we ran out of time and there was some rainy days - but hey, we rested and relaxed and that is what we were there for. I look forward to coming back again and again. I will be a repeat Customer Sara!"

  • Beautiful Cabin

"It was a very nice stay for my family and I. We we in the river fishing for most of the trip. We did not realize nor were we told that the river was so far down from the cabin. Not a good trip down for older people or people that are out of shape. There were some items that did not work in the cabin, but our trip was still wonderful. No complaints just want to make other people aware. The fishing was great too."

  • Another Amazing visit to Ittabena!

"Our second visit to Ittabena...feels like coming to our home away from home. Thank you once again for wonderful memories. Whitewater rafting at Rolling Thunder yet again was awesome, picking apples at Merciers Orchard...a must! Ittabena is so well stocked it makes traveling a piece of cake! Can't wait to visit again. Until then...thanks!"

  • Private Paradise

"This house was not as advertised! It was BETTER!!!! The view was astounding!!!! And the decor made us feel like we were at home. Very chic and modern. This was like heaven on earth. It is very secluded and private, and once you get here, you will not want to leave. Beautiful . . . inside and out!!! Even the snow did not keep us from sitting on the back porch and enjoying the view. Loved the comfortable outdoor furniture. This was truly a warm and relaxing weekend. But if you visit, unless you have a four-wheel-drive vehicle, do not attempt to take the driveway to the front porch. The drive is very steep on this side, and our SUV almost ended up in the ditch. However, the drive on the left beside the cottage was much better and was a better place to turn around. It was no problem to go in through the basement. It made us sad to leave, but we will definitely visit again!"
