"We loved the cabin. Location was perfect! Ponds are easily accessible, and our 12 year old son enjoyed fishing and catching several blue gill fish. Plenty of fun things to do close to the cabin. Tubing, shopping and sightseeing. Cherry Log Mountain is an awesome vacation spot. Owner of the cabin is very helpful and response time to any questions is excellent. We will definitely return next year."

"This was the PERFECT home for our vacation in the north Georgia mountains. The house is set in a wonderful wooded lot and has plenty of space for families or groups. There are two large bedrooms upstairs and smaller, but ample, bedrooms on the lower level off the family/game room.
There is so much space, and each has its own character, that you don't know whether it's best to enjoy the large living room, the family/game room, or sit out on one of the porches. Eventually, you just try out all of them.
The house is in immaculate condition, and everything (appliances, electronic/entertainment systems, WiFi, etc.) was like-new and in perfect working condition. The owner even provided some of the extras (laundry soap, coffee) travelers can often forget to have on-hand their first few days of a trip.
There is also a small stocked lake about .75 miles from the house--just a short drive or a nice walk.
As we checked-out, we laughed that the house was so good that it would have be easy to skip the outside attractions of the Blue Ridge area and just spend time relaxing at home.
this home is highly recommended for families (we have twin 15-year boys) or a group of adults. I could see this as a great place to stay in the fall/winter when you're just looking for a warm, secluded getaway.
If we were to ever return to Blue Ridge (we live about 800 miles from Atlanta), this would be the first place we would look into renting."

"Our weekend could not have been better! This cabin is perfectly appointed, you feel the owners have gone to great lengths in the design of every square inch of this place! We felt relaxed and welcome, our only need was food. I was also captivated with the Himalayan salt lamps, they add to the atmosphere of the cabin and picked up my own for home while I was there. We really enjoyed the large porch, deck and sauna overlooking a nice wooded mountain view. What a great place to escape! Located between Ellijay and Blue Ridge, this cabin is perfectly situated for exploring area shops and taking day trips! My husband and I spent some time exploring Blue Ridge, we found it to be a lovely town full of eclectic shops and upscale restaurants, and we also had a great time on our day trip on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. I can't say enough what a beautiful cabin and location this is, we will absolutely be back!"

"Our stay was absolutely one of the best vacations we have ever had. We saw a family of deer as soon as we arrived. The cabin was beautful, secluded and had everything you need. We hiked trails around the cabin, local parks that had amazing views of mountians and waterfalls. The locals were so friendly. We definately would like to come back in the fall."
