"This was my second time staying at this log home! Naturally, I returned because the awesome accommodations, great views and the owners are easy to work with and very friendly. Beds are comfortable and you have everything you need in the kitchen. It is great relaxing on the porch in the rocking chairs or hanging out on the deck in the hot tub (awesome views) where there are table and chairs, cooking on the grill or chilling out in the living room in front of the fire place. The game room is fun! The first time, my best friend and I went. Most recently, my best friend and I returned with my sister and one of her good friends. Blue Ridge is only 10 to 15 minutes away where you can buy groceries. Downtown Blue Ridge has an area of quaint shops (two of my favorites are The Vine Wine Bar and Bistro and Blue Ridge Olive Oil Company) and the Blue Ridge Scenic Rail. There are many other towns and sights within 15 minutes to an hours drive. There are a number of falls and hiking trails in the area. If you enjoy wine, there are wineries worth visiting. Frogtown and Montaluce are very nice. You might want to check what days the wineries are open, their hours and if they serve lunch and what days. My sister and our friends are already talking about returning again."

  • Great place to visit

"We had a great time staying at this cabin. It is off the main roads so you are away from the loud sounds and bright lights. Nothing but sun, stars, and the sounds of birds singing. We had a great time hiking, going to state parks, and all the normal tourist things in towns located in the surrounding areas. The hot tub was enjoyed by everyone, as well as both fireplaces. The owners were more than helpful with everything, and the cabin has all you need to fix meals and clean. Overall it was a great vacation, and we would return."

  • Absolutely breathtaking!

"We held a contemplative retreat at Many Streams Ranch. The facilities were perfect. We had a local chef from Rome, Meals on Heels, prepare all of our meals and the kitchen facilities were wonderful. The living areas were very comfortable and uncluttered. The labrynthe offered a great spot for mindful walking. The surrounding natural areas are absolutely breathtaking-- like a nature preserve. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property."

  • Christmas with the Family

"Our family is spread out in several states so this was a perfect location for us to get together for Christmas. There was three generations in the lake house and still had plenty of room if you wanted some alone time. The house is beautiful and had everything to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Surprisingly there was a lot to do at during Christmas. Suches, Ga has the Swinging Bridge, Mercier Farm & Orchard, Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, Blue Ridge Dam."
