  • Beautiful Cabin

"Normally our family goes to Tennessee. This cabin was recommended to me by a co-worker so we decided to give a new place a try. My family LOVED it !!!!! Needless to say, we have decided that we will not go to the TN anymore. We loved everything about the cabin, sitting on the porch listening to the water and just watching the Hummingbirds. The cabin had everything that you could possible need. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. We cannot wait to go back next year !!!!"

  • Great getaway

"My husband, dog and I took part of our Spring Break and headed to Blue Ridge. I contacted Lois about renting the cabin and she was incredibly fast to respond and we arranged the trip. She was prompt with the information on getting in and how to get to the cabin, which made life much easier. GPS was off when it came to finding this little gem. The cabin has EVERYTHING! The beds are firmer but very comfortable, and the showers have great pressure and temp. It was very clean, but didn't feel sterile. It felt incredibly homey, which was great. The decks have amazing views, and plenty of seating to enjoy them. I only wish there was a light for the downstairs deck to enjoy the hot tub at night. The house is up in the mountains up a long gravel road, I would recommend a SUV. However for being up in the mountains, it was incredibly close to everything. Less than 10 mins to Blue Ridge and all it has to offer, and about 15 mins to Ellijay. We would definitely come back to spend time here. It was exactly what we needed and wanted when we booked a mountain vacation."

  • Mother of the Bride

"We rented this stunning mountain top home in Big Canoe for the bridesmaids and spouses and the bride to stay during our big three day wedding extravaganza! We could not have picked a more perfect home or location for this joyous time. The home is huge, and has gorgeous views down into the valley below. There are tons of wildlife (deer, turkeys, etc) just roaming around beside the roads and in the wooded lots surrounding the homes. The house had a fully stocked kitchen which came in extremely handy when I was serving the catered bridesmaids luncheon to the bride and her friends. They all had their hair and makeup fixed at the house on the morning of the wedding, and it was the perfect location. No rushing around to get to a salon, plenty of room for everyone to relax and hang out and take time to eat and rest before the wedding that evening. Everything the girls/spouses needed to be comfortable was provided for them by the home owner...comfy beds, plenty of towels in the spacious bathrooms, and seriously fabulous views from each of the 4 levels of this house. The top floor view was really unbelievable. Loved the telescope provided :) I highly recommend renting this home for your next vacation (I'd like to stay for a month!)! We will definitely be back!"

  • Exactly As Promised

"I just wanted to comment on what an EXCELLENT home to visit and enjoy. Cindy was nothing but accommodating, easy to work with, and beyond helpful in all matters! We LOVED her house, it's location within Big Canoe, the privacy, the overly stocked kitchen and bedrooms...It was perfect! They even had baby gates (though for their dogs), what a pleasant and much needed surprise!!! Thank you so much Cindy for allowing us to rest and relax within your most amazing home. You truly do own a piece of heaven within Big Canoe. Thanks again!"
