"This was such a great place to stay! We did a long weekend with our kids and the cabin and river provided all the activities we needed. The kids loved playing in the river catching crayfish and salamanders. We relaxed in the hot tub at the end of the day. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay from ice to firewood, to a warm cozy bed. No need for tv's, iPads, iPhones there were plenty one of local activities and restaurants to go to. Highly recommend this awesome cabin. We loved it and the kids are asking "when can we go back?""

"Having searched extensively for a secluded mountain top cabin with a breathtaking view, we decided upon the Eagle's Nest. We were highly impressed that the descriptions of the cabin and the views were spot on! My wife and I enjoyed celebrating our anniversary in the romantic and picturesque venue. We were captivated by the brilliant sunrises and even the sunsets were beautiful! The cabin was exactly what one would expect a mountain retreat to be. The friendly locals and their dogs were welcoming but not intrusive. The beds were "mama bear" comfortable and the amenities plentiful. We will most assuredly return!"

"We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of a hectic life and we found it. The peace and calm were just what we needed. Sitting on the porch, listening to the rush of the water, the songs of the birds, and the breeze through the trees was much more than we had hoped for. This rustic cabin was just perfect for us. We got to unwind with all the comforts of a home. We visited many of the area waterfalls and three state parks. Blue Ridge was only 25 minutes away once we found the shortcut on Aska Road. Visiting the shops in Blue Ridge and Ellijay (only 50 minutes away), kept us busy and brought us together with many of the very friendly locals. There is much more that we could say about our two week stay, but in one word it was WONDERFUL! Thank you Tara for sharing your cabin."

"We had a fantastic time in Sara's cabin by the river! The setting is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The accommodations were wonderful. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were very comfortable. We tubed and kayaked the river. It was great to be able to float right up to the bank of the cabin. Would love to stay there again in the future. Thank you, Sara, for allowing us the use of your beautiful property.
