"The Cliffhouse provides an incredible view like none other that we have experienced, the vast expanse of the Pacific Ocean is literally within a few feet of the lanai. Being 800' above the water adds to visual impact. We found the Cliffhouse to be well stocked with provisions, especially the kitchen; you will want for nothing except the food that you need to bring with you (Foodland in Parker Ranch is recommended). It is incredibly private and very quiet at this location located on a 2-acre plot directly above the ocean. We have rented a number of vacation homes in the past so have benchmarks to compare against and the Cliffhouse will be the first rental that we have ever desired to return to. Simply a wonderful experience."

"This VRBO was for the 2nd half of our honeymoon. We were married on Oahu and did the beach honeymoon with the expected crazy crowds there. For the second half, we wanted seclusion, adventure and sightseeing. We rented a jeep and spent each day on a different part of the island (Volcanos, hiking, beaches, etc). The VRBO was out of the way, had AMAZING views, and was like being in a rain forest. Paula was a gracious host and the property was impeccable. The cottage was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would love to come back."

"Highly recommend for those who desire a place to stay and relax the days away. Waipio Valley lookout is just a few houses down the road and is stunning. The view from the kitchen, dining area, and living room (and therefore from the master bedroom) is mesmerizing. We just sat and stared. We cooked many meals and the only thing we never found was a pot for cooking pasta (oh, and the gas for the small barbecue). Visit Danielle at the Green Market & Café in Honoka'a for a glass of wine and great organic food -- also, beautiful local artist's photography on the walls."

"The 180 degree ocean view is stunning and we had complete privacy unless you count the occasional grazing cows! The condo was very clean and had all the basic amenities. Rachel was also very gracious and welcoming. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place."
