"We spent 2 weeks in Waimea and 2 weeks in Waikoloa, Big Island. With the property owner in Waimea, we had a cool breezed atmosphere with everything we needed. She offers perfect guest house you can ask for!!!
Thank you so much for all♡♡♡"

"The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was in a perfect location to get to the pool, yet was quiet. The furniture was upscale, but comfortable and suited to both children and adults. Beach chairs, towels and all manner of beach gear is there for your use. This was our third stay at Fairway Villas. It is perfectly located for walking to the nearby Kings Shop and Queen's Marketplace, as well as the "A" beach area. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. We were disappointed that Hapuna Beach now charges $5.00 a day for parking. We instead started going to Kea Bay Beach, the entrance of which is across from the Veteran's Cemetery. The beach opens at 9:00 am and is gorgeous! The waves are a little rough for younger ones and there is no shade. Also, you have to walk over a bit of lava to reach the beach. For shade and young ones, we recommend Spencer Beach. It has more of a park atmosphere, with picnic tables and shady spots. There are so many beautiful things to see on the island. Definitely go to The Hawaiian Botanical Gardens, preferably as early in the morning as possible since it gets hot and humid quickly. While over that way, visit Waiapo Valley and Akaka Falls. There will be a charge at Akaka. Actually, the best advice is to buy the latest addition of Hawaii The Big Island Revealed Guidebook by Andrew Doughty, which tells you everything you would want to know about the island. Our only other disappointment was that there wasn't any spices, cooking oil, etc. left over from other guests. Other condos we have stayed in had things left over in the pantry so that we didn't have to buy as much at the store. That is just a minor issue, though. We would recommend this condo to anyone and would not hesitate to stay there again ourselves!"

"You get everything you see in the pictures plus so much more. The garage is amazing: there were life jackets for the kids (infant and toddler), bikes for the adults, plenty of sand and beach toys, chairs, and shade umbrellas. We were absolutely thrilled with the house and with Waikaloa. Like the other reveiwers said, you can walk to everything you need (restaurants, small grocery store, shops, and the beach). We were happy to have a car to check out some other beaches (the kids loved Hapuna), to visit the volcano tubes, and to grocery shop at the Costco in Kona (much cheaper than the local store). Highly recommend this house and this town."

"My wife and I stayed here in the summer. It was wonderful! We loved walking to the beach; the ocean was warm and clean, and teaming with tropical fish throughout the protected reef. We had lunch and dinner at Napua, the charming restaurant overlooking the beach and Maui across the channel.
I'm a golfer and tennis player, and I was in heaven. There are 2 eighteen hole, world class courses at the Resort, and the Racket Club has a stadium court where they once played the US Open. There are 5 other courts, all night lit for playing after the sun goes down.
The large apartment is beautifully furnished, both indoors and out. It couldn't be more inviting and comfortable. We appreciated the single level and the step down, sunken living room. Frankly, this place is more comfortable than a 4 Seasons suite. The view over the fairway, looking out at the ocean and fabulous sunsets, made for perfect photos just before sunset when the light was great. We like an expansive, gorgeous view with luxury and privacy: this place has it all."
