"We loved the location with a short walk to the beach !!! And, the shade was fantastic since the sun was very hot
in July. The only thing that would have made it absolutely perfect would have been an air conditioner. House was very well appointed with kitchen utensils, linens, etc. They had everything we needed including beach chairs,
toys for the toddlers, snorkels, and towels. You could hear the waves from the patio !!"

"My family and I just returned from a week long stay at Hali'i Kai. This condo is perched above the water - I sat on the lanai every morning watching the ocean. The condo was perfectly appointed for a family (we brought our kids, ages 9 & 7) with all the bathroom and kitchen basics. There was also tons of beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and 2 different coolers. The condo is 60-second walk to the pool, fitness and food area, where we went everyday at least once. The condo is within 15-minutes of some of the best beaches on the island (Kua Bay and Mauna Kea). The Queen's Marketplace is also a few minutes by car or a 10-minute walk. The owner was accessible and super helpful and ensured we had a great trip. We'll definitely be back!"

"My husband, sister-in-law, and I stayed a week in this wonderful condo and we didn't want for anything! The unit is clean and well stocked with all the things you need for a comfortable stay! The layout of the unit is nice with tall ceilings with ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas- we didn't use the A/C once during our stay, just by opening the windows in the evenings. We had the master bedroom and the bed was great as was the large adjacent bathroom. My sister-in-law said the second bedroom was perfectly comfortable as well. We used the beach chairs and ice chests for fun days on the sand! We didn't cook at all but the kitchen appeared very well stocked with cookware. The owners have compiled a nice list of where to eat and visit, as well as some nice heads up items about the area. Waikoloa is centrally located to all the best Big Island beaches and our favorite home base area when on island, and this condo is the best deal we've found! It was very quiet and tranquil during our stay and we enjoyed the three mile running loop around the development. I highly recommend staying here!"

"My family and I had a great stay at Gary's condo. The location is very convenient to Big Island's best beaches as well as to the amazing Waipio and Pololu valleys (great hikes). Driving to the Volcanoes National Park (a must see) is very easy thanks to the newly widened and paved Saddle Road.
The unit itself is very spacious and well appointed. The location at the end of the building is more private and allows for spectacular views of the mountains and the ocean. The apartment is very clean and well maintained; ceiling fans in all the rooms keep it cool . There is no need for air conditioning thanks to the pleasant breeze from the trade winds. Overall, a wonderful family vacation!"
