"We spent a week in this condo and it was wonderful. Victoria was very easy to contact with any questions. The Condo was spotless and better than described in the listing. As others have stated the pictures actually do understate the property, which is a rarity. The condo was 1.2 miles from the beach which made for a good morning run down to Hapuna Beach then over to Mauna Kea Beach. We had no problem parking at the Hapuna Beach Hotel when we visited the beach during the day. The garage was stocked with beach supplies. Sunsets were amazing from the Lanai. We rented a jeep to visit the black sand beach at Waipieo Valley, highly recommended.
I recommend this property without reservations. If I could give more stars I would."

"This was our 3rd time to the Big Island, and 2nd time with our family (3 kids under age 10). We brought one set of grandparents too, so there were 7 of us total.
We enjoyed working with the condo owner Bill; he was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. His onsite manager is a real pleasure to work with.
The condo is very spacious and furnished beautifully. The kitchen was very well equipped and we used the grill on the lanai several times.
Parking was limited and tight but adequate.
The amenity center with a beautiful pool and hot tub, work out room and community room was very close by.
It was quiet, comfortable, and the VIEW! AMAZING!!
The proximity to the Hapuna and Mauna Kea Beaches was exactly what we were after. We paid the extra fee (arranged through the condo owner but paid directly to the hotel) to have access to the hotel pools and towel service. Totally worth it. The Mauna Kea Hotel's poolside and ocean lounge chairs get "saved" early in the day which is frustrating. That didn't seem to be the case at the Hapuna Beach Hotel though. Stop at Costco right after landing and buy yourself a boogie board. You'll get tons of use out of it if you spend any time at these beaches!
The Mauna Kea luau was fun. They don't advertise it much but there is an option to go to just the show and skip dinner. When we compared the dinner + show cost vs. just show, we decided dinner is NOT worth it. The kids were happier eating at the condo and the show was worth every penny.
Both the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Prince Hotels offer a breakfast that is to die for in a setting that is just so beautiful. Casual dining options are expensive and limited near these beaches, which is another reason a condo was a MUST for us this time around with the family along.
We considered the Waikaloa Beach/Kolea Condos, Mauna Lani Condos, Private Homes in North Kohala, and others. I am SO GLAD we stayed at Mauna Kea and in this particular unit. It was AWESOME."

"This Villa exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, huge rooms and bathrooms, very clean, beautiful views, very quiet and in a perfect location (5 minute walk to Mauna Kea Resort). It really seemed that a lot of thought went into making this a home away from home (stocked pantry, shampoos, fruit basket etc). Property Manager Bennett took care of every detail and was also a great source for information, history and island tips.
We will definitely return."
