"A quiet, spacious, gorgeous home that has everything. Great views and very comfortable. Victor and Peter are so helpful with any questions. Close to the best beaches on the planet and the amenity package is fantastic. It was our best vacation stay ever."

"This was our 3rd time to the Big Island, and 2nd time with our family (3 kids under age 10). We brought one set of grandparents too, so there were 7 of us total.
We enjoyed working with the condo owner Bill; he was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. His onsite manager is a real pleasure to work with.
The condo is very spacious and furnished beautifully. The kitchen was very well equipped and we used the grill on the lanai several times.
Parking was limited and tight but adequate.
The amenity center with a beautiful pool and hot tub, work out room and community room was very close by.
It was quiet, comfortable, and the VIEW! AMAZING!!
The proximity to the Hapuna and Mauna Kea Beaches was exactly what we were after. We paid the extra fee (arranged through the condo owner but paid directly to the hotel) to have access to the hotel pools and towel service. Totally worth it. The Mauna Kea Hotel's poolside and ocean lounge chairs get "saved" early in the day which is frustrating. That didn't seem to be the case at the Hapuna Beach Hotel though. Stop at Costco right after landing and buy yourself a boogie board. You'll get tons of use out of it if you spend any time at these beaches!
The Mauna Kea luau was fun. They don't advertise it much but there is an option to go to just the show and skip dinner. When we compared the dinner + show cost vs. just show, we decided dinner is NOT worth it. The kids were happier eating at the condo and the show was worth every penny.
Both the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Prince Hotels offer a breakfast that is to die for in a setting that is just so beautiful. Casual dining options are expensive and limited near these beaches, which is another reason a condo was a MUST for us this time around with the family along.
We considered the Waikaloa Beach/Kolea Condos, Mauna Lani Condos, Private Homes in North Kohala, and others. I am SO GLAD we stayed at Mauna Kea and in this particular unit. It was AWESOME."

"This was our second stay at Kumulani and this was by far an exceptional experience. The condo is beautifully furnished and the owners have thought of every little extra for their guests comfort. This floor plan has the den which they set up as an office which was perfect for me as this was a working vacation and I had the room needed to set up my laptop and portable printer/scanner. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were high quality. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. We loved the Mauna Kea Club Access and used the fitness centers and beach/pools everyday. Being able to use the facilities at the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Prince sets this property apart from all others. Trying to come back next year, but Mauna Kea raised the Club Access cost over 200% from this year so it is out of reach for our budget, but we are trying. Love this condo!"

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in this villa. The view every evening watching the sunset were fantastic. The home is spacious and comfortable. The kids enjoyed both the backyard pool, and for a larger pool nearby, the salt water pool at the community center. We opted to utilize the Mauna Kea Amenity Package, and would highly recommend. It provides easy access to Mauna Kea and Hapuna Beaches and pools (less than 5 minute drive) and the amenities of chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas that make it so worth it. The owners and local property management were all very responsive both prior to arrival and with any questions once we arrived. This was our first trip to the Big Island, but it is now our favorite place in the Islands. Looking forward to the opportunity to return."
