Beautiful house, great beaches
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We stayed here with our two kids (12 and 15) for over a week. The house was great, with lots of space, 3 separate full bathrooms, and a great view of the ocean and sunsets. The artwork of the owner that decorates the house is very nice, too. We really liked the affiliation with the Manua Kea hotels, and the beaches at both hotels are just beautiful. It's hard to over state just how nice these two beaches are, and they are both just minutes from the house. One of our highlights of the whole trip was the kids paddle boarding off the beach at Mauna Kea. The location is pretty far out from Kona, so we spent most of our time out at the resorts in the area (Mauna Kea/Hapuna, Mauna Lani, and Waikoloa). Everything you need is there, but it's pretty quiet. That was good for us, but people looking for a busier scene might want to be closer to Kona, because it's about a 30 minute drive away. We certainly recommend this house. The combination of a good sized house with plenty of space with access to the hotel amenities at Hapuna and Mauna Kea is really hard to beat."

"All in all, the condo was OK. Needed to be cleaned better before arrival. Seemed dusty. The lines need to be upgraded and the pillows were terrible. Way to hard. It would have been nice to be able to use the garage. Other than these items, a good time was had by all. Thank you."

"What a fantastic experience staying in this condo was for our family trip to Hawaii. Open and very spacious with two master suites each with full bathrooms for the adults and plenty of room for the kids.. We had two families vacationing together for 8 days here with four adults and five kids. We had plenty of space and the place is simply beautiful. Top notch finishes, huge patio with built in fridge, BBQ & sink, granite slabs and slate tile everywhere! Another bonus was being on the ground level, easy in and out access and no worries about kids being kids for anyone downstairs. Having access to both the resorts and their beaches and amenities was over the top, we would alternate mornings and afternoons between them and head back to condo for lunch in-between. Dinner on the patio every night with amazing sunsets, I just cant say enough, I highly recommend this condo - you will not be disappointed."

"We were 4 Couples getting together for a Casual Big Island Golf Holiday. Heidi's home in Mauna Kea could not have been any better for our group. Classic, Comfortable Hawaii is the best way to put it. Great Pool, Sunsets,
Comfortable Beds, Terrific Patio Setting, Functional Kitchen & BBQ area. The Amenity Program allowed us to use
the Beach facilities at the Mauna Kea Hotel, a great benefit. Mauna Kea Beach is certainly one of the nicest beaches in all of Hawaii. We loved it here. Heidi was a pleasure to work with. We are guaranteed to return to this Wonderful Home in the near future. Mahalo again Heidi!"
