  • Awesome stay

"This is an absolutely great place for families or couples. High end finishes throughout. Convient location for both Kona and Hilo."

  • Wonderful Home

"We had such a great time here. Communication with Mark was always pleasant and he was extremely helpful. The home itself was immaculate and lacking for nothing. It's so nice to go on vacation to an unfamiliar location and feel so comfortable."

  • First time using VRBO. Hard to top.

"I usually stay in hotels in Hawaii. This was my first time using VRBO. Great Condo built in the 2000's. 1/2 mile from the beach and very well equipped. Looks just like the pictures. With a stop at Costco for food, you need nothing else but a swimsuit and flip flops for your vacation. Shawn was an excellent host and had lots of suggestions for sites and activities. Mauna Lani is a small community with shops, restaurants, and 2 hotels the Fairmont Orchid and the Mauni Lani Bay Hotel. (It felt much more homey than massive Waikoloa Village down the road) Both hotels have nice protected beaches with equipment rentals and beach side cocktails. The condo also comes with access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, a nice little bay with equipment rentals and excellent snorkeling. No real waves for surfing or boogie boarding but many cabanas and lots of coral and marine life. The snorkeling was as good as what we got on the snorkeling cruise. We rented an electric cart for getting around. Both hotels let us valet them or just park them in front to use the beach, and the Mauna Lani Beach club has designated electric car parking up close. This is a great condo and a great destination for families because of all the protected coves."
