"What a spot! You don’t have to be a golfer to love Mauna Lani. This condo is has everything you need for a Hawaiian Vacation that is second to none. Some of the best snorkeling on the island is just three minutes from the front door. There is a black sand beach just minutes away as well as several hikes through historic Hawaiian archaeological sites right on the resort property. Shop for food just minutes from your door at the Mauna Lani Foodland or at the fresh farmer’s markets all over the island, and use the well-equipped kitchen and grill to eat like a king. Mauna Lani is on the dry side of the island, so you hardly ever have to worry about rain spoiling your time on the beach or the perfect Hawaiian sunset. But don’t worry. If you start to miss soggy weather, just head over to the other side of the island on the Saddle Road and you are deep in tropical rain forest before you know it. We were there in July of 2015 and loved every minute of it. This is the perfect place to stay in paradise."

"Our entire family, including our 14 month old granddaughter, had a wonderful time here. The house was set up for a family on vacation -- the upstairs lanai with a view of Mauna Kea, a well-appointed kitchen with everything needed for cooking, bikes and boards in the garage, and comfortable spaces. It felt as if the owners were sharing their house, and not just furnishing a rental. Although not on the beach, it was close enough to walk. The work out area and pools are very convenient. Very well managed."

"This was our first time to visit the Big Island of Hawaii. There were three of us including our teenager. As many have already stated, the condo is very clean and well stocked with plenty supplies for your daily needs during an extended stay. The kitchen had what was needed to prepare our meals, there were plenty of towels, and even what was needed to take care of some laundry. Paul has prepared a welcome packet that includes a listing of the activities and shops in the area and a current events calendar for the guests. It was very helpful. We rented some snorkel gear at a nearby snorkel/dive shop and took in some nice snorkeling at the semi-private beach just a few minutes away from our condo. There was a great variety of fish and coral to see. We love this condo! It's affordable and not too far from Kona and the airport. We are recommending this condo to our friends that are looking for a place on the big island. Thank you Paul for maintaining such a wonderful place for us to stay. We hope to stay at this condo again!"
