"This is an absolutely great place for families or couples. High end finishes throughout. Convient location for both Kona and Hilo."

  • So Much Nicer Than A Hotel

"We had such a nice relaxing vacation in this townhouse. It was exactly as described, maybe even better. So easy to come and go, not having to worry about parking attendants, and parking fees. Loved being able to walk over to the wonderful market, to pick up snacks or a light meal. The owner was very easy to deal with, you will not regret renting this townhouse. I hope we will get back sometime."

  • Perfect Big Island Vacation

"We loved our stay in this home. We spent just over a week here with our two children, 11 and 14, and really couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on the Big Island. The townhome itself is spacious, with three separate suite-like bedrooms and attached full baths (which allows for privacy), plus a very nice, private backyard with an outdoor kitchen, seating area and grassy yard. It's very quiet and comfortable, plus extremely well appointed - you'll find everything from a coffee grinder to avocado oil in the kitchen. There are also boogie boards, beach chairs and beach toys available for guests - it was very nice to not have to rent boogie boards! The Mauna Lani resort is a very special place - we enjoyed walking to the shopping area for groceries, meals, and a weekly hula/drum performance - plus there's a gorgeous private beach where you can snorkel, paddle board and kayak from shore (rental equipment is available at the beach). The shore extends well past the beach and is a beautiful walk - particularly at sunset. We saw several sea turtles resting at dusk. The owners John & Elaine were extremely responsive and helpful. We hope to stay here again!"

  • Lovely home

"House was great and suited our needs. ( two families with children). Beach was lovely, close by and other beaches were fantastic and a short drive Away. The complex was very nice and people were very welcoming. The kids loved going to the pool everyday. There was a grocery store close by and shops too. Loved the short drive from the airport and costco. A great vacation!"
