Excellent condo, view, amenities and price!
"This condo is perfect for a quiet getaway, with a white sand beach just a five minute walk away with world class snorkling... but also close to a major resort with golf, tennis, restaurants, etc.... my girlfriend and I went to yoga on the beach every morning. And the sunsets here are over the ocean and amazing every single day. Furniture comfortable and plentiful, Beds nice with ceiling fans, bathrooms tiled and plush, kitchen fully equipped, nice television and wifi... and best of all, reasonably priced compared to other units in the complex."

"It is amount a 2 minute drive to either the beach club or the resort. The place is clean with a great kitchen and dining area. There are three bedrooms and 3 baths. Beds were great and we had our 8 year old use the couch bed in the loft area.
We used the pool/jacuzzi located about 20 yards from the house and dined at the shops at Mauna Lani, the Resort and at the Beach Club. The house is just as advertised and would recommend it highly. You call the house manager, Bennett, when leaving the airport and he is there waiting with the keys, garage door opener and the access card. He answers all questions and will recommend locations if you would like. We had 5 nights there and they were all a blast. Very satisfied with the experience. Thank you."

"Our entire family, including our 14 month old granddaughter, had a wonderful time here. The house was set up for a family on vacation -- the upstairs lanai with a view of Mauna Kea, a well-appointed kitchen with everything needed for cooking, bikes and boards in the garage, and comfortable spaces. It felt as if the owners were sharing their house, and not just furnishing a rental. Although not on the beach, it was close enough to walk. The work out area and pools are very convenient. Very well managed."

"This condo has everything you might need, from spices to boogie boards. Plus, the owners provide a list of excellent suggestions so you can enjoy the best beaches, fine restaurants, shopping (groceries, galleries, garments, gifts), and many sights all over the island. We followed their advice and had a wonderful time. Telescopes at 14,000 feet, a 400 foot waterfall, local eats in Hilo, a botanical garden with plants from mars (almost), a glowing volcano, a haunting hike across a crater, lava tunnels, black sand with sea turtles, farmer's markets (2), and near the condo a different beach every day. The place includes access to the beach club (a short walk through a lava park) for the best snorkeling we found. And if you just want to relax, the pool and hot tub are just out the back door; so is a gym and BBQ. A golf course surrounds the complex and many others are nearby.
We spent two weeks there and really didn't want to leave. We'll be back asap."
