  • Perfect everything!

"Here's the long & short of it: If you want to be within walking distance to morning coffee, the market, and dinner- the location is perfect! If you want a private beach club where you can easily snorkel, lay on the beach, without crowds- and have a bar & restaurant right there, this is the place! We had our 2 kids (19, & 14) & snorkeled at other beaches, but there's no need. If you are thinking of staying in Wikaloa, don't. It's busy, and crowded. Plus, every morning we enjoyed our morning coffee on ur balcony overlooking a beautiful golf course and listening to birds. The unit has more than is listed in the description, it's clean, and beautifully decorated. There are 4 nice bikes, paddle boards, boogie boards, chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and more - we never rented anything at the beach! Cindi, you have done a great job. We will hopefully return again. • Great stay

"We have recently had the privilege of staying here in Fairway Villas for 12 nights. Great location with excellent features, the snorkelling nearby (walk about 400yds pass the Fairmont hotel on the coast toward Pauko) was amazing and the use of the private beach was a real bonus. We were able to enjoy multiple evenings of fun by the BBQ and being close to the pool and GYM was a plus. We made of the discounts available at the local grocery store which made our stay really economical and it was only a short walk. (Tommy Bahamas Restaurant upstairs in the Mauna Lani Shopping centre has a great happy hour and friendly staff, also make the most of their shows every week) It seems this part of the Big Island enjoys the best weather, we had a great time overall and would recommend staying here. A car is a must to make the most of your time here including visiting the nearby resorts.(Check the undisclosed insurance rates with your vehicle rental company before arrival...) Get to the Mauan Kea resort early and they have 40 free beach passes to the most amazing swimming beach."

  • Beautiful place

"Such nice accommodations. My husband, baby and myself came to Kona for the Honu 70.3. The house was so nicely done with everything we needed. It was across from a nice pool and within a short drive to a pristine beach and shopping. We stayed in another place for the first part of our trip and I wish we'd stayed here the whole time. The owner was so fantastic and flexible. We decided to come early and she was incredibly accommodating. We loved our stay and would def come back."

  • As Good As Advertised

"This is a super-nice end-unit condo with great living space for 3 couples and a 2-year old. The complex has a super-nice pool and that, combined with free access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, will take care of your fresh and salt water needs. Bennett, the on-site property manager, is an added plus. Hopefully, we'll be back."
