  • Great stay August 2014

"This is a large breezy space with high ceilings and glass sliders facing South. The sun never directly shines into the unit keeping it cooler. I liked the view of the vast sloping mountain. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to Kona for day trips, close to the best beaches, and a good spot to explore other parts of the Island. The condo is clean, nicely furnished and decorated. The only problem is the front door lock is tricky."

  • Great Vacation!

"Very clean and nicely furnished 2 bedroom, loved the ocean view, saw whales and rainbows each day. Kitchen had everything I needed. Family of 5 fit perfectly. The den with the hide-a-bed was a nice surprise. Will return!!!"

  • Quiet, great location, well-equipped

"We spent 10 days at this property for a meeting at the Waikoloa Marriott Resort. It is an easy 10 minute walk past the pond, through the King's Shops and across the street to the hotel. Also within walking distance are the Queen's Shops, and (a bit further down the street) the Hilton. The condo complex was quiet (posted quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am), clean and beautifully landscaped. This unit was nicely decorated, had just about all the supplies we needed, and the beds were comfortable!! We had no issues while there except one night someone parked in our reserved spot. The on-site manager responded quickly and found a place for us to park until the other car could be moved. The elevator was helpful for arrival and departure days especially. I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area. Dianne was easy to work with, and my cleaning deposit was refunded very quickly upon check-out. Mahalo!"
