"My wife and I rented the condo for a month . We were not sure how it would go and if the photos lived up to the billing. Everything you see is true and was better. We had a wonderful vacation and loved how quiet it was and all the extras the condo has. The convience to the queens and kings market was awesome and the short walk to"A" bay for sunsets were priceless. thank you for providing a great place to vacation"

"The unit was as advertised and even more! The unit was home to my wife and I and another couple and all of us really felt like it was our own home. Everything was nicely done and clean. We enjoyed our daily breakfast and dinner in the Lanai and we also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. We will return again and THANK YOU for sharing your beautiful place in paradise with us."

"We just returned from a wonderful, relaxing time at this condo. My husband was recovering from back surgery so the easy access to the home was a plus. We have stayed at several condos at the Fairways , but this location was the best. The island décor, cleanliness, full kitchen and dining area, plus a wonderful lanai overlooking the lake and King's shops simply can't be beat. Thank you, we'll be back soon."

"My wife, friends, and I stayed here for 5 days for our friend's wedding in a ranch up in Waimea. The condo was actually a lot more spacious than the pictures made it seem, so that was a nice surprise for us. The kitchen was really nice and made cooking a few meals very easy. There was also AC, so it was very easy to cool off after a long day at the beach/hiking. The furniture was also quite nice, and pretty comfortable. We really liked the location of the condo because it is really close to some nice beaches (Hapuna & Mauna Kea beach) and not too far from the rainy side (for those lush green hikes). I used to live in Hilo for a period of time and have been to most every where in the island, and waikoloa village maybe my new favorite location to stay at! Shops around are a little pricy, but it's a resort area so it's to be expected. Although they are very convenient, and queens market and kings shops are within easy walking distance. The poke at island markets was actually pretty good too.
One thing that we really appreciated, was that the condo was fully stocked with beach towels, snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, fins), beach chairs, and umbrellas. So we utilized those and had fun snorkeling out at Mauna Kea beach.
The owner was also very friendly. My wife and I had an earlier flight than our friends who checked out, and they had troubles with key and lockbox. However, the owner was helpful and available to talk on the phone.
We had a great experience and would love to stay here again the next time we visit da big island."
