"Hi, we (3 professors) stayed at the condo for 6 nights during a conference and had an awesome time. Especially we were surprised how well equipped the condo is. From the kitchen, over the bikes up to the snorkeling gear. Just perfect. I would definitely come back; this time with my family though. Thanks for everything! Tim"

"My second stay in this wonderful house for the Ironman 70.3. It's like a second home! All the amenities needed. Nearby pool, beaches and shopping. I had a quiet and comfortable stay here and plan to return!"

"This was our second time renting this townhouse. Everything was provided (except food of course). The pool and grill were a few feet away. The townhouse was clean. We didn't have to drive somewhere else to pick up keys. Mr Paul provided us with codes to gate and lock box located at townhouse. One suggestion we have is that the beach towels be replaced, get a pizza cutter, and provide a beach umbrella or pop up shade. Otherwise, everything was great. Definitely returning if the townhouse is available next year."

"A wonderful location and convenient to so much in the Waikoloa resort area as well as just about anything you could dream of doing on this beautiful island. The clubhouse and pool are lovely and the staff is very friendly. They offer some reasonably priced food (for Hawaii) and so, late in the afternoon, a lot of families understandably came to the pool to eat. A little hectic and noisy at those times, but a nice facility overall. The condo itself is very pretty and the end unit offers some lovely views even if it is not ocean front. Air conditioning, water pressure, etc., were all fine and there were some nice appliances there. My husband and I enjoyed the lanai and the grill. Like other reviewers, we felt that the lanai furniture is in need of replacing. It consists of a small table, which was wobbling, and two chairs...sort of tough if there are more than two of you and even tough to put everything we needed on the table for just the both of us. Something a little more substantial would definitely add a great deal to the unit, as people come to Hawaii to spend the majority of their time enjoying the outdoors. Also, we noted that the beach chairs that were available seemed to be on their last legs and were starting to fray. We have stayed in this area before in other units and the condo certainly lived up to our expectations. One note for people who want to make more than a sandwich there....there are no spices whatsoever...I am not sure if this is a rule there, that they can't be left, but bring your own from home if you can...everything is so expensive to purchase. Overall, a beautiful island and a great time. As far as working with the owner, she was always responsive and everything was as she represented when we checked in. Another bonus which we learned about when we got there was a maid service....there is cleaning every few days and the condo is vacuumed, and sheets and towels are replaced....I washed them anyway as I was doing wash, but it was nice to have the place "spiffed up" every few days."
