"We thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful Villa, it is the perfect size and location for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children). We had rented other Villas before but this one fits our needs probably ideally. It is very close to the pool, a great asset with our kids who went there at least 3 times a day in the first few days. The condo itself has a great layout and is very generously furnished and equipped.
We also truly enjoyed the lanai with the table as we eat breakfast and dinner always outside which is a real treat. I imagine this is not our last visit to this wonderful Villa and place!"

"Look no further! This villa condo was simply perfect! It is exactly as the description states and the pictures reflect. It was immaculate, well furnished, with tons of towels, exquisite Ola bath products, (leave your shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion and lip-balm at home!) kitchen appliances, dishware, lovely bedding and beautiful woodwork and artwork throughout. We loved having breakfast on the lanai, just outside the folding pocket doors. Grilling in the evening as the sun set in the west was picture perfect! It simply took our breath away, the minute we stepped in the door. It continued to take our breath away every day as we felt so blessed to stay in such an amazing villa. Kolea at Waikaloa is a perfect location on the Kohala Coast; easy to get to from the airport and easy to go to anywhere on the island. As there were only two of us and we didn't want CostCo sized items, we enjoyed grocery shopping at the local grocery store in the village of Waikaloa, not far from the property.
The grounds of villa are so very well taken care of. Plumeria was everywhere! The beach club access was such an added bonus to walk through right to the peaceful cove for our daily morning swim followed by a dip in the infinity pool. The villa was also thoughtfully stocked with beach mats, coolers, and boogie boards.
We would highly recommend this amazing property.
Our heartfelt thanks for this perfect stay! It was a dream vacation come true!
With blessings and Aloha!"

"My husband and I had stayed at this condo in 2011 and we chose to stay there again this year, as it is a beautifully decorated condo in a perfect location and the owners, Trisha and John, are a dream to work with. This condo is very clean and stocked with all a vacationer could want. Trisha and John helped us with all our questions and needs...and even sent us a lovely welcome home e-mail after we returned to the mainland. This location is close to some lovely beaches, great shopping, and wonderful restaurants. Also included are a well-stocked garage closet with beach equipment and a covered parking spot. The master bedroom and bathroom (especially the shower) are awesome. Washer and dryer in the unit made our lives so easy. Second bedroom offered us the opportunity of including our sons for a week of our visit. We would highly recommend this beautiful condo. We will be dreaming of this location for months to come!"

Best spot in Waikoloa. Location, view, layout, design, comfort, sunset on lanai every night.
"We are a multigenerational family with a toddler and this was the perfect rental. The upper floor has a view of the ocean sunset from the lanai of which we never tired. The lanai is spacious enough for the family to relax or have dinner comfortably and if you open the doors fully the living room becomes a tropical lanai of its own. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable, the kitchen fantastic and well equipped and the layout great with beautiful and spacious baths. Local support was immediate when we called with a question. Even at this high season, the property, beach and pool were never crowded and we always got chairs. Additionally the condo has very nice folding chairs and an umbrella along with several beach towels. The pool and a very nice beach are an easy walk and it's a short drive to Hapuna or other beaches. The shops were a short drive or pleasant walk. Lava Lava club is a beautiful bar/restaurant right there on the beach and there is a Marriott nearby, convenient for dining when the other restaurants close early but far enough away and well hidden so you can't really tell it's there from the property. We had a car but with the hotel nearby you could probably book a tour from that location. We went to Volcano, Mauna Kea Observatory, (SUPER recommended if you like stars), Akaka Falls as easy day trips while others stayed at the beach. Beach is great for toddlers or older swimmers with easy rentals of stand up paddle, kayak or snorkeling equipment. Nice snorkeling with fish and turtles. Highly recommended, best spot of the entire Waikoloa resort, (and we walked it and saw lots of properties!)"
