  • Villa in Paradise!

"We could not have asked for a better location for our first trip to the Big Island. The villa had everything we needed. We made great use of the BBQ and large lanai. Walking distance to A-Bay where we saw the most beautiful sunset (with a special guest appearance by a whale!!). Gorgeous!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and would love to stay there again!"

  • A wonderful place to stay with outstanding amentities.

"AJ's luxury condo exceeded all of our expectations. The unit is so nice and perfectly equipped with everything you might need for relaxing in Hawaii. AJ supplied a wealth of very practical and helpful information about the unit, the resort, restaurants, shopping and attractions. We were there during Hurricane ANA and AJ called several times to make sure we were fine and had what we needed. You could not ask for better customer service or a more conscientious host. We have recommended this property without reservation to our family and our friends as a perfect Big Island location, and our time there was truly the highlight of our trip."

  • Perfect in every way!

"My husband and I stayed in this lovely condo for 8 days. When you look at the pictures I want you to know that what you see is what you get....beautiful, well decorated, clean and very comfortable. We loved this place. We enjoyed breakfast and many dinners on the lanai. One day we had lunch at a great place call 'Bite Me' and we bought fresh fish to have for dinner. The gas grills are very close to the condo. What a plus. The pool is also close by. We hope to return back to the Big Island next year and if we do this will be our first place to look to stay."

  • Good experience start to finish

"I live on the Big Island and have stayed at many condos in the Waikoloa area. This is not a super, luxury type place but I would recommend this owner and her unit to anyone looking for a good value especially for a family ..... the unit is so big & comfortable. PROS: The unit is spacious, clean, kitchen is well equipped (we only went out to a restaurant twice in 6 days), master king size bed and 2nd bedroom queen size were both comfortable (but the headboards are loose and a little annoying). We didn't use the sofa bed, so can't judge it. Living/dining room well furnished, lanai is very big w/ table for 6, stack washer/dryer in unit. We really liked that there is a retractable screen door on the front entry. We opened the lanai door and the entry door and a nice breeze meant we could turn off the A/C on most days. ( But, please do get the screen repaired, the bottom is separated from the frame right in the middle) Also very nice is that this unit is well placed for quiet & privacy and has a nice golf course-lava rock view when sitting on the lanai. Not once did anyone stroll through our "back yard" like happens so often in other complexes in Waikoloa and because it is ground floor the lawn makes is feel even bigger. We took the lanai chairs out onto the grass for star gazing. We were also glad to see this is a NO Pets unit. We had some problems with the VRBO people with dates mix up but the owner solved everything quickly and quickly responded to our request for more towels. My ONLY negative comment is that the check out procedure says the owner requests that quests strip the beds, empty the trash and make sure the recyclables are in the proper bins, wash the towels and put them in the dryer and load and turn on the dishwasher. I'm not sure if this is truly the owner's requests or something VRBO does. We did as requested but I think that needs to be disclosed before you put your reservation money down. We had a good, relaxing "staycation" and recommend this unit. Aloha!"
