  • Great rental, location, and good owner to work with

"We had a fantastic stay at this unit. It was just two of us so we were happy to find a place that was less expensive but not far from the water. The unit had everything we needed. In the closet were lots of things we found useful at the beach. Chairs, boogie boards. snorkel/fins, cooler, etc. We were even surprised to have a nice gift basket of food goodies which we enjoyed. It is very convenient to getting to Hapuna Beach and Beach 69 (10 minute drives) which are some of my favorites on the island. The complex was very quiet. There is a road in front of the unit but the traffic was pretty minimal. We appreciated the peek-a-boo views of the water from the lanai. We also enjoyed walking/jogging out of the unit along the public access trail that goes to A-Bay nearby. There is a grocery store in the resort village a few minutes drive away that has the usual groceries and some nice del options for breakfast/lunch/dinner if you want alternatives to going out to the restaurants. Groceries are less expensive though closer to the airport at the Safeway and Costco so if stocking up may want to go there. Robert the owner was easy to work with and trustworthy and got my deposit back promptly."

  • So quiet, so comfortable

"Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and enjoyed it immensely. It's a huge unit. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, and it's so incredibly quiet. We lounged outside and watched the golfers in t morning before we left for our day's adventures. At night, the patio was wonderfully cool for supper and a view of mauna loa. Wailea beach (69)was our favourite beach and we shopped at Foodland and became a member there for good deals on groceries. When we come back to the big island, this will be our home again. Thanks very much. Calgary Canucks"

  • One of the best Condos we've stayed in, anywhere, period.

"It’s very rare to walk into a rental condo that you immediately realize is someone’s second home, as opposed to being a typical rental unit. The unit underwent an extensive recent remodel, and it shows The kitchen is fully (and I mean FULLY) stocked, all the appliances have been upgraded to the latest and best, and you would not be at all uncomfortable having a dress-up cocktail or dinner party in Mike and Gail’s condo. Out side are two areas to catch great sunsets and eat meals, and they even have complete snorkel sets, beach chairs, and coolers for 4 people. Hardwood floors, beautiful hardwood privacy sliders and window shades (no cheap curtains or mini-blinds here) upscale wall hangings and decorations, stone kitchen counter tops, large flat screen HDTV, wireless router, this place has it all. We had friends staying in 4 other condos in Vista Waikoloa, and, trust me, not one of them even came close to Mike and Gail’s property. Gail could not have been more helpful, and she sent us complete “cheat sheets” on everything we need to know to hit the ground running. Those, coupled with the “blue book” (on the coffee table), had everything essential for having a great time in Waikoloa and its surrounding, as well as the rest of the Island. All you have to do is hit Costco and/or Safeway on the way to the condo, and then you can settle in for a wonderful vacation. I just wished we could’ve spent more time there, but we will have to settle for return trips. Highly, highly recommended."

Vista Waikoloa Vacation Rentals: Perfection Found

Tucked along the Kohala shores, kept within the eastern sweeps of Hawaii, is Waikoloa. This tangle of forestry and slow waters is the perfection you've been looking for. Vista Waikoloa Resort Rentals: Beauty in all Things

You remember all too well the horrors of past vacations: the mornings ruined to stained ceilings and tiny spaces; the evenings spent sniping over beds and inches. A hotel left you crowded and irked. You can't do that again. With Kohala Coast condos, you won't have to. Each is a lesson in luxury, offering the convenience you crave. Combine jungle scenes with modern needs (like laundry areas, internet access and multiple quarters). It's everything you want.

Kohala Coast Condos: Distance Conquered

Vista Waikoloa resort rentals offer more than elegance. You won't be forced to pretty rooms and no distractions. Instead, you can move from your home to your adventure, without being forced to search mile after mile. Discover the closeness of such attractions as the Anaehoomalu Bay. There you'll be greeted to clear water and snorkeling chances (it's the best place for it on the island). Journey then to the nearby Huehue Hualalai Trail, which will lead you through lake views and wooded acres. Go to the Waikoloa Anchialine Preservation Area for carefully maintained ponds and historical charm. And take a break from the epic with the man-made thrills of Hilton Waikoloa Village. This massive resort will offer swimming, tennis, golf and more. It's perfect for families seeking sports.

Vista Waikoloa Vacation Rentals: Simply Yours
