  • Gorgeous Condo, Beautiful Location

"My family and I spent a week on the Big Island in August of this year and we truly had an amazing time. We loved this condo at Waikoloa Beach Villas. It was beautiful, clean and spacious. The condo is impeccably decorated and had everything we needed. From beach towels to beach mats, snorkel gear and coolers, it made our trip so much more enjoyable. The washer and dryer were very useful and the A/C kept the unit very comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous with up to date appliances and all the supplies you would ever need. The location is perfect on the Kohala Coast close to many beautiful beaches and many other resorts. The grounds were immaculate with 2 tropical pools with waterfalls that our teenage children absolutely loved. Queen's marketplace is right across the street with many shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed spending time on the lanai enjoying the warm breezes and the incredible view. The management company was very helpful, especially Anne Marie, she made our booking experience seamless from beginning to end. Thank you Allan for sharing your beautiful home with us. We would definitely stay here again. Aloha."

  • Lovely condo!

"This condo is in a great location, across from the King & Queens shops, near the community pool, and right on the fairway. Lovely views and beautifully maintained grounds. This top floor unit was extremely comfortable, super clean, well-stocked, and very private. It is also beautifully decorated and very spacious. The owners are friendly and very responsive. Waikoloa Beach Villas are in a gated community very close to the beaches. A short drive (or healthy walk) takes you to the "A Bay" area for sunsets, and a cocktail at the Java Java Beach Club which is owned by the same proprietor as Huggos on the Beach down in Kailua. This was a restful, serene week in an upscale condo in a nice resort area. And the elevator to the third floor made it very convenient since i had broken my foot before we left for the Big Island! Mahalo to the owners for sharing their little piece of paradise with us."

  • Nice stay at this Waikoloa beach condo. We felt at home.

"The condo is located near the end which allows for privacy and quite evenings. Yet the BBQ and pool are conveniently close. If you like to exercise there is a gym, but we found that an early morning walk around Queens Market courtyard and along the golf course to be a more pleasant exercise. This property is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable with a serene garden area off the lanai for enjoying the morning coffee or an evening after a day of beach or sightseeing. The condo's kitchen is well stocked. The Pack and Play was helpful with our grandchild. This condo is especially good for a family with small children since it is on the ground floor. Barbara, the owner is very responsive to phone calls and texts. She very helpful with information and making sure you have what you need for your stay. The Queens Market and Kings Shops are a quick walk where you find shops, a food court and restaurants. "A" beach is close by. You can walk it in a few minutes or drive and park in the lot in a of couple minutes. If you like to avoid driving 18 miles to Kona for groceries at Costco, Walmart, Safeway, there is the Waikoloa Village a few miles away where you will find the Waikoloa Village Market which offers a large selection and better pricing for groceries than the markets at the Queens Market or the King Shops. Also at Waikoloa Village is the Lava Cafe which has nice outdoor seating to relax and have a meal. You can get there by exiting Waikoloa Resort and turning left (north) onto Hwy 19 (Queens Hwy). Go a couple miles and turn right onto Waikoloa Drive and continue until you see Waikoloa Village on the left. If you plan to sight-see around the island allow yourself an early start so you can get back to this condo and relax. It was a great place for us to relax and enjoy the end of the day."

  • Great condo, perfect location

"My family and I stayed for 11 days and this condo was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and having a bbq on the lanai was awesome! We ate almost every meal at the condo, saved money and the food was delicious. The location of this condo couldn't be better. Literally, right across the street are both the Queen and King shops. Beautiful easy walk to either place. My husband and I enjoyed our morning strolls to the coffee shop. This was my first time renting with VRBO and I was a bit nervous but Tammy put my mind at ease, explained the process and was very effecient with our booking. We had no issues and everything was as decrisbed in her listing. The location to A Bay from this condo was about a 3 minute drive or less than a 10 minute walk. I recommend driving if you are taking beach gear with you, there is a nice parking lot and we never had problems finiding a spot to park. We loved A Bay, but there are many nice beaches within a 10 -15 min drive so you must explore! The Waikoloa Beach Resort, in my opinion, is the best place to stay on the big island. We spent some time in Kona but Waikoloa Beach Resort was beautifully landscaped, quiet, wonderful people, and great beaches makes it worth being further from Kona. There are many nice condos in this resort and previously we stayed at the Hali Kai which is very nice as well. We preferred this condo because it was just as nice as the Hali Kai but it had a bbq on the lanai, this complex had 2 pool areas so all condos are within easy walking distance to the pools, the Waikoloa Beach Villa's are the first complex on the right so very convenient location. You can walk across the street to the Queen market and catch the trolley ($2 per person one way) and ride over to the Hilton. The Hilton is a fun place to explore. We enjoyed our time on the big island and will definately stay at Tammy's condo when we return for our next trip. Mahalo"
