  • A Memorable Vacation

"Thank you very much for renting your Waikoloa Beach condo to us. We had a fantastic time! Your condo is beautiful and the location was perfect. The information you sent us regarding the shopping, local performances and helpful hints was great. We rented snorkel gear for the week and were able to enjoy many of the public beaches. Our 13 year old son really enjoyed the Legends of Hawaii Luau at the Hilton and the Children's Hula show at the Queen's Market Place. We also toured the Volcanoes National Park, Tsunami Museum and the Royal Grounds/Place of Refuge. There were so many things to see and do that the week flew by. This was our son's first trip on a plane and to Hawaii. He loved it and now wants to go to college there! Thank you again for helping us experience a very memorable vacation."

  • The best place we have ever stayed!

"We enjoyed our stay in this unit at Waikoloa Beach Villas. It was by far the best accommodations we've encountered in all of Hawaii. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the lanai and the comfortable bed. The beaches are amazing in this area and being here during humpback season is wonderful. They jump right out of the water. It is an amazing sight to see. This was my partner's 2nd trip and my 4th trip to the big island. We've stayed in Kona once and I've stayed in Waikoloa village twice but never in Waikoloa by the ocean. This is by far our favorite spot and accommodation on the Big Island. We have already recommended this condo unit to our family and friends. We are already planning our return. Better book your spot while you can :-)"

  • Everything You Want In One Place

"Stayed for one week in July 2014. Family of 8, 3 couples and 2 teens, with 3 cars. The listing and photos are very accurate. This is an amazing condo with plenty of space, and never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again. The owners and management company are incredibly responsive. On arrival, we discovered that the wifi router was failing, and it was replaced the next day. During our stay, the kitchen sink plugged up and was cleared the same day. Single-car garage, but plenty of parking within a few steps. There are tons of supplies in the garage, including 6+ beach chairs, body boards, snorkel gear, aqua socks, beach mats, a beach umbrella, etc. Check the supplies before you buy anything. The pool is a few steps away. It's a two block walk to the Queens Shops, which includes a food court and grocery store. It's a 15-minute walk to A' Beach. If you're not planning any site seeing, you could easily stay here without a car. Our only complaints, and they're minor, were that we were charged $15 for a third set of keys (only two are provided) and there were insufficient paper supplies (paper towels, toilet paper). Charge an extra $5 per stay and don't trouble me with having to buy my own."
