"My family and I spent a week on the Big Island in August of this year and we truly had an amazing time. We loved this condo at Waikoloa Beach Villas. It was beautiful, clean and spacious. The condo is impeccably decorated and had everything we needed. From beach towels to beach mats, snorkel gear and coolers, it made our trip so much more enjoyable. The washer and dryer were very useful and the A/C kept the unit very comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous with up to date appliances and all the supplies you would ever need. The location is perfect on the Kohala Coast close to many beautiful beaches and many other resorts. The grounds were immaculate with 2 tropical pools with waterfalls that our teenage children absolutely loved. Queen's marketplace is right across the street with many shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed spending time on the lanai enjoying the warm breezes and the incredible view. The management company was very helpful, especially Anne Marie, she made our booking experience seamless from beginning to end. Thank you Allan for sharing your beautiful home with us. We would definitely stay here again. Aloha."Guest: Teresa M. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 2, 2014View listing
"The condo is located near the end which allows for privacy and quite evenings. Yet the BBQ and pool are conveniently close. If you like to exercise there is a gym, but we found that an early morning walk around Queens Market courtyard and along the golf course to be a more pleasant exercise. This property is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable with a serene garden area off the lanai for enjoying the morning coffee or an evening after a day of beach or sightseeing. The condo's kitchen is well stocked. The Pack and Play was helpful with our grandchild. This condo is especially good for a family with small children since it is on the ground floor. Barbara, the owner is very responsive to phone calls and texts. She very helpful with information and making sure you have what you need for your stay. The Queens Market and Kings Shops are a quick walk where you find shops, a food court and restaurants. "A" beach is close by. You can walk it in a few minutes or drive and park in the lot in a of couple minutes. If you like to avoid driving 18 miles to Kona for groceries at Costco, Walmart, Safeway, there is the Waikoloa Village a few miles away where you will find the Waikoloa Village Market which offers a large selection and better pricing for groceries than the markets at the Queens Market or the King Shops. Also at Waikoloa Village is the Lava Cafe which has nice outdoor seating to relax and have a meal. You can get there by exiting Waikoloa Resort and turning left (north) onto Hwy 19 (Queens Hwy). Go a couple miles and turn right onto Waikoloa Drive and continue until you see Waikoloa Village on the left. If you plan to sight-see around the island allow yourself an early start so you can get back to this condo and relax. It was a great place for us to relax and enjoy the end of the day."Guest: Vicki Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 30, 2014View listing
"We stayed in Waikoloa Beach Villas and had a great time! Everything was perfect. We loved the size of the condo and the location was great! Su was great to work with, including checking up on us personally when a hurricane threatened :). The condo location could not have been better with very easy access to the pool, shopping, restaurants, beaches, etc. Everything inside the condo was very nice, and we loved having use of the beach towels, snorkel gear, boogey boards and beach chairs. We really enjoyed having the lanai right on the golf course and took advantage of the savings as "Gold Members" at the King and Beach courses. We'd love to stay here again should the opportunity arise. Mahalo Su and Bruce! Aloha, Steve, Kris, Ethan and Natalie"Guest: Steve Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 16, 2014View listing
"we were wonderfully surprised at the condo we had rented. the deck overlooks the golf course and has a nice breeze. the location was about a 10 minute walk to the A bay or a 2 minute drive to park and drop off your stuff and park. Amenities were fantastic and they were very gracious in providing us a great pac-n-play for our 7 mo old, a high chair and some snorkeling equipment as well. Definitely will go back and try to stay at the same place. Washer and dryer were a blessing coming from the hotel on Oahu"Guest: kimono Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 8, 2014View listing
