"Beautiful condo on the edge of the complex. Lower level unit. Quick walk to pool and hot tub. Lots of ceiling fans so cool even with a/c off. Lovely master bedroom with comfortable memory foam mattress. Couch is very uncomfortable however. TV includes PVR which is a nice touch. Be prepared to purchase some necessities including toilet paper, paper towel, serviettes, hand soap, and laundry soap. This just adds to the higher priced grocery bill. Also be advised that wireless internet is unsecured and very slow. Tammy was prompt in responding to problems arising with toilet and ice maker. Also, there was a lot of construction onsite when we visited. Their equipment took up the extra parking spaces for this unit. Perhaps ask if construction continues if you need two parking spaces."

"We stayed at this lovely well appointed condo and never wanted to leave. This place was fantastic from the first time we set foot inside. The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of supplies, including Hawaiian soaps, lotions, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The top floor was an extra bonus as it was quiet and the view was incredible. We had our morning coffee on the lanai and enjoyed the BBQ in the evening. Jeff and Patti were very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and beaches. When we return this will be our place to stay.."

"My family and I stayed at this condo for 4 nights in mid July and it was wonderful! It was very quiet, clean and spacious, and perfect for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The air conditioning was a blessing during this trip too! The cooler, beach towels, mats, umbrella & chairs were so nice to use. Unfortunately only 1 of the snorkel masks sealed for us so we rented gear. The Queens shops were very convenient, especially the market. The location was close to lots of awesome beaches. Booking was easy and very well managed. I would recommend this condo, and would definitely stay here again! Thanks!"

"10/10/15: We are a family of 6 from Oahu who came to Big Island to relax, explore, enjoy family time away from the stressors of "everyday life," and make new memories. We want to thank the owners for offering us such a well appointed and maintained place for us to settle into and enjoy with comfort and ease. As to what you'll find here, I cannot think to say anything new from past reviews and can only vouch for their positive reflections. This condo is everything pictured, well maintained, and clean. Our boys walked in and asked if we could live here! I have to stress the wonderful privacy of this particular unit! If you are reading this, you are likely considering other similar units. What sets this one apart, other than the welcoming decor, is the supreme privacy of being a corner unit in the end of the complex. We enjoyed ample lanai and yard space with plenty of furnishings to fit our family and then some...or just my husband and I for some much meeded quiet time. Still walkable to all you'll want to do but with much more private space around. I'm so glad we chose this unit. For a family like ours with 4 boys, I'm sure the rest of the complex appreciated our being contained to the private corner, as well! Our large family easily fit the space and could have also invited a set of grandparents (if that were possible) and still fit comfortably. Our large rental car, a Nissan Armada, is a giant behemouth of an suv and as such did not completely fit in the garage, but we are used to making such compromises. There remained plenty of convenient parking even without the garage. So any one of the other normal sized vehicles you might rent should fit nicely. We are residents on Oahu and as such, are used to life in Hawaii, love the people, and are accustomed to the idiosyncrasies of island life (which we love). That said, I feel this condo offers a great location from which to explore the raw beauty of the Big Island while still enjoying a "mainland" ideal of modern comforts. Make sure to "talk story" with the shop owners and waiters and maintenance workers. Ask what they love about living here and share what you love about your experiences, you'll learn a lot about Hawaii and probably get some tips you'll appreciate for your stay. Last thing to note, we were here during the Kona Ironman Championship race and could not have had a better location for that event. Waikaloa is situated on the cycling course so we walked to the main road to cheer on the cyclists, eve"
