  • Fantastic Condo!!

"Perfect condo, well appointed and in great condition for family of 4 with two teenagers. This condo has everything, in great working condition, that you will need for your trip; boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, snorkle equiptment and bikes! The kitchen has been well stocked for meal preparations, the beds are comfy and my teenagers appreciated the cable and wifi. And Heidi was a pleasure to book with! Loved the close proximity to the pool and barbeques. The grounds at Waikoloa Colony are beautiful and well maintained as are the pool areas and gym. Don't miss the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Beaches, Lava Lava Club at sunset and check out Volcano National Parks- it's surreal!! The family also enjoyed kayaking and snorkling with Kona Boys to Kealakekua Bay- best snorkling ever!! Truly hope to make it back to this fabulous condo and island soon!!!"

  • Perfect condo!

"We live over on the Hilo side of the island and were looking for a west side getaway for the long weekend. I'm so happy we chose this condo. Paul is wonderful to work with and responds quickly to you. The location of the condo is great. Right by the pool and grills. The condo itself has everything you need. Looking forward to the next time we can stay here. Mahalo!"

  • Great vacation

"We've stayed at these condos in the past and really enjoy the area. The unit was great, beds comfy, kitchen stocked with the essentials, I assume the TVs were great as well, but they weren't turned on after the first day. We used the wireless a lot for computers and ipad, no problems. The beach supplies were good, nice chairs. It would have been nice if there were tennis rackets, nothing fancy needed."

  • A Perfect Spot

"We stayed in this lovely condo for eight days last month with two of our adult children and could not have asked for more. I wrote to Marilyn that the only thing we had to add during all that time was some food and a box of tissues ! The cooking spices, laundry supplies, water gear, etc. made a huge difference in what little we needed to shop for. The condo is not oceanfront, but several beautiful beaches are a short drive away and an excellent pool and tennis courts are a 2-minute walk from the front door. Perfect condo in a perfect location on the Big Island ! I would recommend staying at least two weeks in order to see more of the island, as there was so much more than we had time to see and do. But, DO end at least one evening watching the sunset at the nearby Lava Lava Club."

Tropical Winds Greet You at Waikoloa Colony Villas Resort

For many, Hawaii is the ideal tropical vacation destination with the tropical winds coming from the Pacific Ocean, humpback whales in winter, and volcanoes rising above the villages below. If you are ready for a Hawaiian vacation, now is the time to book Waikoloa Colony Villas Resort. Every year, Waikoloa rentals are the destination for private holidays on the Big Island because you can spend time away from the big cities there. Kohala Coast vacation rentals are on a stretch of sandy beach with a lot of drift wood and rocky protuberances.

Famous 69 Beach near Waikoloa Rentals

Waikoloa is home to the famous 69 Beach of the Big Island, where you are 10 minutes from Dolphin Quest and world-class golfing. Leaving Waikoloa rentals in the morning for a great adventure at Dolphin Quest allows you to spend an hour swimming and learning about the dolphin species. You will still have time in the afternoon for a lovely golf day at Robert Trent Jones Jr. championship course, overlooking the bay below. At night, you can return to Kohala Coast vacation rentals for a seafood extravaganza created by your own hands.

Polynesian Settlers of Kohala Coast Vacation Rentals

Hawaii Island has a long history with Polynesian settlers arriving in 500 A.D. to the Kohala Coast. It was the birthplace of Kamehameha the Great in the 1700s. He was most famous for launching war canoes from Hilo Bay to lord over the other islands that make up the Hawaiian chain. Booking your trip to Kohala Coast vacation rentals now allows you to immerse yourself in this history. You might also want to explore the history of Kona Coffee which is made near the Waikoloa Colony Villas Resort. Kona Coffee is very rich in character, with a strong taste.

See Waikoloa Colony Villas Resort by Helicopter Tours

There are two ways to view the Island of Hawaii during your stay at the Waikoloa Colony Villas Resort. You can spend your days traveling around the beaches and tropical gardens, stopping off at your Waikoloa rentals for each meal. Your second option is to take a Blue Hawaiian Helicopter excursion into the sky and view the island from above. However, if you take the helicopter tour, remember to wait 12 to 24 hours before and after scuba diving to enjoy the sites. Scuba diving off Hawaii will be filled with views of tropical fish, local sharks, and underground volcanic reefs.
