The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We had a lovely stay in this well maintained home away from home. Great facilities with the pool and gym and shops and beach a short drive away."

"We had a grate time!!! This property is very nice and very clean, owners are grate to communicate with they always will respond to you very fast and that is very important. Rental is located very close to the first pool and very short walk to the second one. Well equipped kitchen for any family traveling and planning to cook there own meals. Location of this property is very central to walk to any store and beach or Hilton Property. We had a grate time renting this place and I strongly recommend this property for any occasion to stay and relax at Big Island. We will definitely come back here and relax soon!!!!"

Great condo for our family to use as a home base on the Big Island
"This Waikoloa condo is in a very nice vacation area. Shops, restaurants (we liked Lava Lava Beach Club) and a great grocery store/convenience store (Island Gourmet) is close by at the Queens Marketplace. The condo itself is well appointed, with a nice firm bed in the master bedroom upstairs, separated from the second bedroom downstairs (which works well for my family). The beach gear was all in great condition and we appreciated the cooler bag for when we were driving around. The pool and hot tub are very close to the unit, and there is a nice trail in the lava rock that takes you to the petroglyphs on the property. There are two drawbacks to this condo which is why I only gave 4 stars: first, the washer leaks. Jim knows this and will get it fixed, but the stained molding and cracked tile prove this has been an ongoing issue and while we needed to wash more clothes, we didn't want to cause further damage. Second, we drove everywhere. This condo community is not as convenient as we had hoped, and we did walk through the Hilton Resort, which was amazing, but in the heat and humidity we choose to drive whenever we went anywhere. But overall, this was a great location for Hapuna Beach and Beach 69 (great beginner snorkeling), traveling to Mauna Kea (only 1 hour away even if GPS says otherwise) and heading into Kona. We also discovered that Island Gourmet is great place to get breakfast and other prepared meals, while also picking up a souvenir t-shirt and Tropical Dreams ice cream from their freezer case (exceptional creamy local ice cream!)."
